Well let me tell everyone about the most disgusting restaurant that I have been to thus far in my life. It happens to be Hangover easy, both disgusting in product and customer service. I called to place an order for two HOE burgers and was told that carryout orders do not qualify for the $5 burger week. Cool. No problem. I still want to try them out. I place the order for two HOE burgers, one to be medium well with the egg to be fried completely done, the other well done with the egg sunny side up. I was told that the total was $14.98 and to pick it up in 20 minutes. 20 minutes pass and I pick up more order, however, Im told my total is $21.38. No way im paying that much for two burgers, so they honor the original price that I was told. Cool? No. I get in the car and while driving away I have someone check the burgers only to find two disgusting patties that were more than half smaller than the size of the bun. Furthermore, both patties are cooked medium well and BOTH eggs are fried. Furthermore, there is no aioli sauce that comes with the burgers. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE,but to make matters even more disappointing the manager, JENNY (EVERYONE REMEMBER HER NAME BECAUSE SHE IS VERY RUDE) not only got on the phone with an attitude and tone of impatience, she not once apologized for the mistake that she had made. She goes, "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? BRING THE PATTIES BACK AND I CAN REMAKE THEM." In shock by the rudeness my mom politely lets her know that we have traveled on the opposite side of town where we live and are no longer in proximity of the restaurant. Jenny responds, "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO. DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT?" Fed up my mom declines the offer only to have Ms. Jenny reply, "K" while hanging up abruptly. To put things into perspective no customer should ever be treated with such disrespect and I will continue to drag the name of this company with everything in me. With that being said Facebook friends and followers and my fellow crew do not support bad quality food and bad customer service. By the way they deleted my review and comments from their facebook page! LOW!!!

Awesome on every front! The vibe and décor are a fun look back at the way buildings use to be built with attention to detail and craftsmanship. The bathroom is great! Supper clean and automatic with great old doors with lots of room. Now if just that doesnt sell you on this place the people, atmosphere and especially the food will keep you coming back weekly if not daily. We tried the Fried Chicken and Waffles with praline butter and syrup. The first bite sent me over the moon and back! The chicken was juicy white meat full of flavor and a nice church on the breading. The waffle is large almost as thick as a Belgium waffle. The waffle had a nice crispiness and opened up to a soft deliciousness. The praline butter was delicious and tied the whole dish together. We definitely coming back just for that dish. The second dish we tried was the Dirty Sanchez. Large and in charge of breakfast. The flour tortilla was soft and so fresh. Inside it was stuffed with so many good things! The eggs were perfectly scrambled and not over cooked. The chorizo was a great addition to the hoe fries, sour cream, queso and Pico de Gallo. Everything blended well and complimented each over. What a meal! The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. Great coffee! There was no comparison to the fast, over roasted corner chain coffee shop. Dont miss a fantastic meal that satisy all ages in an amazing old building.

We had decent service and great food! I went for the Bread Pudding French Toast with a side of Fried Brussels Sprouts. The toast was made of a very dense, rich bread pudding. I loved how toasted the edges were and it was delicious with the berries and cream! Ive never had anything like it anywhere else and applaud them on their unique offering. The sprouts were pretty fantastic, as well. Mostly places just steam and under season them - Im very used to being disappointed. But because these are fried theyre actually crispy, as they should be! AND they were flavorful!! My friend Ms. S got the eggs, bacon and HOE Fries plate. She let me try the bacon and potatoes. The bacon was thick cut and had a beautifully strong smokey flavor! The potatoes were fine. Definitely a nice seasoning, but I prefer my breakfast potatoes in hashbrown form. I will definitely be visiting this fun place again!

The food here is outstanding! The variety of drinks and the excellent service from the staff makes me want to come back all the time. Two of the bar tenders here are some of the most outstanding individuals I have ever met. I always feel better after talking to them even though I havent drank anything! The only two issues I have with the place is no WiFi. If I want to get some work done while I have an excellent meal I cant. Wish they would have this issue fixed. I also have a problem coming in and out of the business. The front step into the door is a little on the dangerous side and looks unsightly.

This place has a super cute modern atmosphere to it. I ordered the chicken and chorizo skillet and it was nothing short of amazing. My boyfriend ordered the HOE benny ( English mcmuffins topped with chorizo and avocados). He loved it. We also ordered a side of Goetta and the fried brussel sprouts. Do not leave this place without trying the dried brussel sprouts. My boyfriend said they were better than the fried brussel sprouts we got from Jeff Rubys fried vegetable side. That should tell you something! They had so many interesting things on their menu. I will definitely be back to try them all

First time eating here. I had the "Walk of Shame." I have heard of different places having a burger or some other sandwich using a donut for the bun, but thought it would be weird. It was amazing. The sweetness with the sausage, egg and bacon was a perfect match. My only complaint is the bottom donut soaked up all the grease from the sausage so it was a wet mess, making it hard to pick up. I ended up going at it with a fork. The others I was with had the reuben. They all said it was very good. I am very particular about my reuben, but I think I may have to try it next time.

While there is typically a solid wait to eat here, it is well worth it and the line moves quickly and consistently. They utilize the NoWait app to help customers keep track of their position in line. Parking is easy, as there is a lot across the street. The food is delicious, and the drinks are excellent. If you arent there for breakfast (or even if you are, I dont judge), they have an excellent beer selection as well. Its all reasonably priced, and definitely worth a trip!

I was wondering around Clifton one Saturday wanting a little of breakfast and a little of lunch. I really couldnt decide on anything. I began walking toward the Ladder 19 I saw a cute little restaurant and went inside. The set up was really cute Contemporary w/ fireplace) and the waiter was wonderful, he help me decide on this wonderful burger with egg on it.( the best of 2 worlds) and I have been going every since. If you havent tried it you dont know what your missing.
