Took 15 minutes to get an order that was already made, most of that was me waiting in the drive through to pick up my online order that I had to go inside to pick up. I paid 12 dollars for an under portioned order of chicken Alfredo that left much to be desired, one bagel was $1.30 which is ok until the cream cheese is an extra dollar and some change, then I finally get home to enjoy my wildly overpriced meal only to see that my bagel was missing and I only got half of the pasta that I ordered... Still very hungry after my "meal". This is the last time I will ever eat at Panera Bread.

While I like the food here, the service isnt consistent. Sometimes the people here are very nice while other times they are rude. The one visit I really remember that was strange was when two people were ahead of me trying to buy all of a type of loaf bread, and the manager refused to sell them. She said that she could only sell them "half of what they have", because she needed to have some for the lunch crowd. They were very upset. I figured if you can sell a product then sell it, and try to make more?

Went through the drive thru and the employee was in such a rush she forgot half my order, so when I called to see if they could deliver it to me they said no and I could drive all the way back there or get a "credit" for THEIR mistake. Employees need trained better and managers need to keep a closer eye on the employees or have a better solution for their mistakes.

Im very glad that Alliance has a Panera. The bakery, sandwiches, soups, and selection of other foods and drink make this a nice place to visit with friends. I am always greeted and treated well by a friendly staff, and it is consistently nicely cleaned and kept every time I go.

Portions are awful!!! If Im paying $25 for 2 people to eat I should be full... Also the employees are rude. The cashier didnt know what they were doing and had an attitude. The team as a whole was awful. Will never be back!!!!!
