The Week In Gromania
Not so great. Filthy and in disrepair. Duct tape was holding every other booth together. Equipment and chairs were left dirty and askew. The interior looked like a condemned building that squatters decided to turn into a restaurant. I figured that the food must be outstanding to account for the reviews. Not so much. My cashew chicken had burnt cashews. The carrots were underprepared and overpowering. The wonton soup broth was bland. Maybe the reviewers get their meth refills here. Avoid at all costs.

Sat down in waiting area and sat there unattended with no service for 10 mins. The waitress wasnt doing nothing. She NEVER greeted us or anything. Sat in waiting/dinning area for 10 mins and NOTHING!!! WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Not to meantion the inside looked nasty as hell. Walls were cracked seats were taped. Just all out nasty place!!!! Reading reviews and seen all the negative comments!!! WHY HASNT ANYONE CALLED BBB ON THIS PLACE OR BETTER YET THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!!

I didnt even want to give this place a star, but you have to in order to complete a review. The food is disgusting especially the shrimp lobster sauce. Its very sticky along with the rice. Not to mention, the customer service is awful. The inside of the building looks like "who did it and why". Save your money dont purchase food from this place. This place must be under new management. The food a few years ago was great. I dont know what happened!

Worst customer service ever. Called today, at 7:09 PM , was told it would be an hour and half delivery time, so I waited until 8:30 PM and called, was told it was going to be another 20+ minutes, 9:00 pm comes, was told there busy still going to be 20+ minutes, ridiculous! if your that busy than say your not taking deliveries, rude people, I wanted my money back, yeah right, 18.40 out the door.

Manager is very rude. I tried calling andand explaining i had uncooked scallops and she claimed there was nothing wrong. My food was delivered so how wood she know. She claims they are fresh and ive had fresh scallops in sc and florida. These are not fresh. And they had a frozen middle. Very unsatisfied and unhappy as to not being able to get my money back or new order.

We made an order for pickup for shrimp fried rice and vegetables with a side of beef lo mein. When we got home we realized that the side of lo mein was fried rice with a thin layer of lo mein on top to cover it. We called the restaurant to resolve the issue and the woman on the phone was rude and dismissive. They lost a very loyal customer today.

They may have been usually busy but service was slow and chaotic. They have a dining room but after eating in it I wouldnt recommend it because it was very dirty. Also needed repairs in the ceiling from what looked like a leak. They didnt even offer napkins or plates for sharing appetizers.

The food isnt great but thats not the worst of it. If Im paying you giving you my business your not gonna yell and argue with me. There so hot head and they dont understand what your ordering and you cant correct them because theyll have a fit. Im paying for food they can keep the drama.

Dissapointed. Other reviews pointed me to this place, Ordering Sweet and Sour Chicken, Lo Mein Noodles, Cream Cheese and Crab Meat Wontons. Noodles were slimy/over cooked. Chicken and Wontons were both burnt. Sadly, even the cookie was stale. Good luck with your experience.

Great lunch spot! They have a drive through window so you can pick up your chinese straight from your car. Its pretty great. Their Gen. Tso and Kong Pao chicken is awesome! They will actually make your food spicy (like they should be) if you ask them!

Absolute worst service and food Ive ever had from a Chinese takeout restaurant. Waited over an hour and 45 minutes to get delivered, the chicken was hard and the rice was like putty. Never again will we order from this terrible place!

Some of the best Chinese take out around in my opinion. General tsos chicken is amazing as well as there crab meat wantons. This is my go to Chinese take out. And Im very picky when it comes to my Chinese food.

The food is great, with polite timely service. Prices are good. I have never had any problems with this restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes or would like to try good Asian food.

I order from here at least once a month. Never had had issue with delivery or wrong order but sometimes the scallops seem to be undercooked and the staff may appear to be rushed when calling in an order.

Great food and delivery service. One complaint---I had ordered D40 Beef and vegetables from the Dinner menu and it says 5.25. I was charged 7,25. If its this price it needs to be changed on the menu.
