This is by far the most embarrassing establishment i have ever been to. In the past 8-9 months i have stopped in for 2 kids meals with an extra side of bacon for each, each time ordering one strawberry waffle one chocolate chip. ALL 3 times they have ruined the order and/or forgotten the drinks. Tonight however, they sent me home with plain waffles and burnt bacon. Upon returning it and asking for the correct order, the manager or whoever she is on the 2nd shift began screaming in front of all the customers at the cooks. She demanded to know why i had so much bacon and literally said she should charge me $16. She then berated the cooks and shouted that they needed more training, however she didnt seem inclined to give them any, just embarrass them and me in front of 30+ patrons. Shouting isnt training. If you hate your job please find another. If any decent person would oversee and assist the newer employees thered be no need for such immature behavior. Its beyond me how any restaurant can have consistent mistakes and obnoxious employees and not know theres an issue and crack down on it.

This place was in the middle. Either way you look at it. The staff is not very brave to leave a word to you and you have to ask for any sort of automatic service that you usually would not have to tell them to do such as refill your cup at all. They dont ask about ur drink before food they expect you to be ready for both the moment you sit. The upsides that beside the inexperienced workers they do get the job done and the food was better then others in retrospect.

This place was disgusting. We sat at the bar which gave a great view of the kitchen. There was a bag of trash laying on the floor the entire time we were there, they were rinsing off packets of jelly and butter from plates to restock and reuse. The kitchen was making plates of bacon, sausage, and eggs to just sit until it was ordered. We will never again go to Waffle House in Leland.

Terrrrrible service. It took our party 45 minutes to get food, so we decided to get it to go. Out order was wrong which we discovered in the car, and they over charged us! The place wasnt even full. And their sanitation grade was a 90. Please give them NO buisness.

Fastest breakfast service Ive ever experienced. Prices are VERY reasonable. Only when its busy is there a downside...it is quite small. Family loves it, plates cover the table for the four of us, and Dee is an awesome waitress/cook/busser/everything!

Our food was good. Ended up getting it to go because the other diners were downright obnoxious. The staff was really pleasant though. Probably avoid the place around 11pm from now on, though, as thats when it seems like the bar next door closes...

Food was good, cooks do a great job. But the wait staff SUCKS. We have been there many times, both day and night shifts. If the waitresses do not want to be there, they should quit. They are ruining it for the entire restaurant.

Worst waffle House, in my experience. Seemed more concerned with learning how to flip the spatula than getting my order correct. Simple, hamburger with no onions... They put onions on it. Ketchup empty... Clean score of 91.5....
