I ordered a pourover since it was on the menu. It looked like they were both still learning how to do it which is fine. After 15 minutes they served the coffee on a nifty little platter. Since it took longer than expected, I asked for a paper cup so that I could take it to go. The barista looked iritatted and said: "next time you should probably get the drip, the pourover is best enjoyed here." I found the condescending tone annoying since the whole pourover thing seemed to be new to her, considering the ordeal she had making it. Any one the events listed would be minor by themselves, but taken all together, the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. Coffee tasted ok. Maybe stick to food and Starbucksesque flavored milk drinks.

When Coffeeology opened, a lot of people (myself included) worried about the fate of the long-standing favorite Tate St. Coffee. Some things that Coffeeology has that Tate St. Coffee doesnt: hot, fresh food- paninis, waffles, breakfast served all day. Not only do they have food, but good luck finding another place in Greensboro that has crepes and real Italian Gelato! The main staple of both places, though, is coffee and espresso. Although I havent tried their coffee blends yet (its only a matter of time), I GREATLY prefer the espresso at Coffeeology over that of Tate St. Coffee. I will definitely be a regular at Coffeeology!

First off, Im totally biased. The store owners are good friends of mine. But, here are a few facts that ought to encourage you to check out this place: + Its a local shop owned by UNCG alumni. Sure the place looks great with lots of polish and style, but its not a chain! + Gelato! Sorbetto (aka sorbet)! + Bagel and croissant breakfast sandwiches! (including veggie options) + Delicious panini! + WIFI (with purchase) along with a generous number of outlets. + Visa, MasterCard, Discover cards gladly accepted. Their coffee and espresso drinks are top shelf and crafted with TLC. They hope you fall in love with each drink!

I love this little coffee shop. Its so convenient since its right by school. They recently gotten a newer and more simple menu, but if you were lucky enough to try drinks from the old one, there were many delicious drinks offered and many can agree. My favorite go-to drink is definitely the iced baci. The ONLY reason theyre receiving 4 stars from me because I went there twice this week and the young man who looks fairly new failed to make my iced baci correctly. The best barista they have is the young man with the blonde hair who keeps it in a bun. He is superb. Overall, great coffee and cool vibes.

The food at Coffeology is good, but the sanitation, and the service quality is questionable. I saw a giant roach crawling on the wall near the place they are making the drinks at. Also a friend of mine is allergic to nuts, and she ordered a French vanilla coffee. She heard the person behind the counter say "just use hazelnut", so she it threw away. They didnt ask her if that was okay. That and the roach were both things that guaranteed we will never buy anything from there ever again.

Was in the area and decided to check it out as I love coffee. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who was super friendly and explained the menu options to me. She also initiated conversation while I waited on my order. I got a white chocolate mocha and a Oreo truffle thing. Both were delicious. Will definitely be back again.

They have delicious coffee and fun latte art. The food is tasty. My favorite dish is the lox bagel with the rosemary and olive oil bagel. I bring my family and friends from out of the state here, and they are far from disappointed. The atmosphere is great for studying, socializing, or simply enjoying a coffee beverage.

I use to go here all the time. Coffee, food, service, atmosphere is all good. wifi use to be good and fast, then something changed and the wifi service dropped completely. I stopped going because of that. Sad....I really like this place. (update: they switched wifi service again and its back to being good, yay!)

Although I love the atmosphere and decor in this new coffee spot. The coffee is terrible with a strange aftertaste that makes me not able to finish the coffee each time I have tried it. Also, each time I have come in and had a muffin, they have charged me extra for butter, which I find suspect.

Im an everyday coffee drinker who happened to wander in here for the first time yesterday. I can say it is hands down one of the best cups of coffee I have ever drank. The coffee tastes simple and well-made, and the service is amazing.

Service is friendly. The coffee and sandwiches are very good. Drip coffee is good. Cappuccino is good, though not a traditional cappuccino that you might expect. Latte is good. Their music selection is strange. Recommend headphones.

Coffeology is nestled right on Tate street. I went there one evening. The coffee was good and strong, just the way I like it but, it wasnt hot, just lukewarm. I will give this place another try for sure.

Very nice college coffee shop atmosphere. The coffee is great coffee that has good flavor - not overly roasted and artificial tasting. Nice place to take a short break and just relax.

Pricey and the customer service was poor. It will be a while before I go back.
