This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Dairy Queen. Ever. We told him what we wanted and he screwed up our orders 3 times. He gave us a cup of sprinkles instead of putting them on the ice cream. He forgot our last order. It was a mess, a true embarrassment for the company. Would rate 0 stars for the service if I could. Food is still good though.

i was so upset by this awful experience. it was a disgusting shop and we didnt even get the correct order once it came out. also, the guy taking our order wasnt even able to do it himself. he had to go and ask his coworker what to do. in the end, my family and i were thoroughly disappointed. smh.

I waited for 10 minutes and they didnt even bring me the right order. Also, I repeated my order 3 times. The cashier really didnt care about his job. Huge disappointment. Id rather have my dog make me ice cream.
