It was AWEFUL! Do not go here if you if expect great service and food! I went to this restaurant last weekend and it was one of the worst experiences I ever had. It took them 15 minutes to get us seated then it took another 15 minutes just to get a menu and order drinks. I would not have minded so much if they were busy but the restaurant was half empty! When we finally received our food it was soggy and had no flavor. I had to get up and track someone down to get napkins and to refill our drinks. No one came to check on us the entire time! The waitresses spent their time standing around and chatting among each other. To make matters worse, when I went to pay the cashier swiped my card and went on to say that the machine wasnt working because the calls that were coming into the restaurant kept interrupting the transaction. Have you ever heard of such nonsense? I paid in cash and left. I had a feeling they charged my account so I called my bank and sure enough there were two charges on my account from this place. Ugh! I will NEVER go here again!

Over priced food that was inedible and even worse customer service. No apology or replacement offered for inedible pad thai that smell and tasted spoiled. The servers explaination was that they use fish sauce and had the nerve to ask if we had ever eaten pad thai before! Wth? Perhaps the cook was heavy handed with the fish sauce as well as oil and ginger used for the wonton soup which was the only thing that was consumed besides soft drinks. Paid over $25 for two soft drinks and wonton soup. The server asked if we wanted the pad thai boxed up...why would we want to take it home??? NEVER GOING BACK.... DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! ZERO STARS!

Overpriced, bland food, and dont understand food allergies. We purchased 4 entrees and 4 appetizers for a wide selection. It cost $101 which is a bit high - usually we pay under $75 from our regular place. Over the phone they said they provide gluten free dishes. But once we got there we realized they do not know what that means when they said, everything is gluten free. They meant Msg free. Out of the 8 items 1 was good - the pork fried rice. 5 were bland. 2 were borderline inedible - pad Thai and happy family. Would give 2 or maybe even 3 stars if it wasnt for the food allergies. That should be basic understanding for a restaurant and is dangerous.

This place has great food! They have a lunch special which lasts from 11-3pm which has a variety of dishes. I went for the Pad Thai, which many places cant get wrong, and it was delicious. I placed an order for pickup over the phone and was told itd be ready in 10 minutes. Due to a certain situation, I was held up longer than expected and was only able to make it their within 45 minutes. They kept my food warm for me and was very friendly. This place has great food, prices, and customer service.

First the good: place is cozy and it was quiet. I was the first customer of the day. The hot and sour soup was pretty good. The staff was friendly. Now the bad: The spring roll was under cooked. I also ordered pepper steak with pork fried rice. The steak did not taste like steak. It was rubbery and mushy. The rice and peppers was under cooked and hard. There was about a 20 minute wait for my entree even though i was the only one in the restaurant. Even the fortune cookie was stale.

The food here is first rate with generous portions that you can normally take home and eat again. Getting the food can be slow, so allow time for that. Due to the fact that the food is so outstanding and priced reasonably, I generally chalk the slow service up to careful, attentive preparation. They are willing to customize orders and have numerous healthy options. Far above your typical quick service Asian restaurant if you can wait for the good stuff!

This restaurant is excellent, for the price. The online tool with several payment method options streamlines placing your order. The Pad Thai was good but felt unauthentic while the Lemon Chicken had a good taste and seemed that the portions of vegetables, rice, meat, and sauce were not perfect (less sauce please). Would certainly give this place a second shot.

Top quality takeout Asian place around period. Everything weve ordered ranges from good to great. My favorite is the beef or shrimp chow fun/drunken noodles....the king of comfort food. All dishes are good sized, fresh and made with higher than average quality meats and veggies. Also, they have never goofed up our order. Go see Will there today.

We tried to make this part of our annual Christmas routine, but we wont be back after tonight. The server was in over her head: the appetizers were late and cold; she complained about how tired she was and about her kids; no drink refills; and we waited15 minutes for the check. The good news is that we dont have to go back.

The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Dont let the location in a shopping center fool you. Best Asian food in the area in my opinion. I cant say enough great things about Ginger. Food is always fresh and made with great care. Check out this place, and you will become a regular like me and my husband!

Excellent food and service. Got the chow fun and chicken and garlic sauce with an extra kick! Crab Rangoon was excellent as well. Not from the area so we took the chance and won! Would definitely recommend and come back if we are in the area. As my co-workers will attest I am a rice snob. Their rice is very good.

Love love! Great service and staff is wonderful! My favorite local Chinese restaurant and in my opinion even better than PF Changs (PF Changs puts a ton of sugar in all of their dishes.) I love the chicken wings (always ask for them crispy and they do them perfectly), the beef and broccoli and the egg rolls!

What a cozy friendly experience. A nicely tucked away place for a classy experience. Food was much better than your typical Oriental take away. Well manicured menu with many options and very affordable. Stopped on an early Thursday night after work. Business was brisk but not to busy.

Ginger as an excellent menu for your average joe of the street and if you ask for their Chinese menu youll be given some additional options for food fare. The staff is prompt, the food is good and I keep going back to them when I want to get healthy Chinese food!

It was horrible. The rice was dry, hour waiting time for my delivery, sweet and sour chicken had a weird spoiled taste to it, food nearly warm, didnt put enough food for the prices, over priced, and more terrible stuff. Please do not eat at this place.
