The only good thing about this place was the ice cream. When we finally got helped, we ordered and then we were waiting for them to make it. Because the service was so slow, we had a lot of time to look at what was actually happening in the place. The floors, tables, the counters, the workers space to work, the workers, everything about this place was dirty. I was watching this one girl worker eating French fries and being on her phone while taking money from people. Then she went over with no gloves to scoop ice cream for the next person. The girl that was helping us got our ice cream together and then didnt ring us up. There was no set cashier so we stood there for 5 minutes trying to pay. Then another worker asked the people he was helping for their payment. I spoke up to ask if we could be helped. We did. While waiting, the French Fry girl grabbed herself some ice cream. Shouted at her customer the payment, swirling her ice cream around and engrossed in her phone. The guy was holding his $20 bill out for 10 seconds before she realized she was at work. Dont go here. Not worth your time or money. Unprofessional and disgusting establishment.

This is by far the worst Ice cream store experience My family and I have ever been to. This should have been a NEGATIVE 3. The ice cream being made was melting on the FKN COLD STONE!!!! There was a dirty sock on the floor when we walked in and every single person in the store had an attitude. When we received our "Soup" I asked for a return and the lady who made it got an attitude again and I asked for the Manager and just wanted my money back. The cashier incorrectly rerung up my order by less than 50%, and was arguing with me about it then finally we get the right check amount and the cashier, not the manager, said she has a water we need to charge for that. We had 4 kids in there and my wife and I ordered something too ... Long story ended with never again there and possible never again to any coldstone

This establishment is disgusting. I see the employees trying their hardest to work with what theyve got, i.e. melted ice cream. What mind of ice cream shop sells melted ice cream? Every time I go to Coldstone, it seems as if something else is broken. The place is dirty, floors disgusting, and counters always messy. I think management is to blame for all of this because I always see the little old lady walking around but never doing anything to actually help the other employees. And her apperance just about turns me off. To be in customer service you should have to put in a little more effort, even if youre just selling ice cream. This establishment should be shut down until all the tools are working properly because it is just not fair to the customers who just want to come and enjoy some ice cream.

The service is horrible. I didnt know you have to pick out the ice cream first, I thought you can order it from the register. I was waiting in the line behind the group of people, but none of the employees mind to ask me.They were talking and laughing to each other. As the line moving up until i was in the front of the register I thought I could order from there. But then the black boy with the braces and glasses told me I have to be on the line. He made it sound like I cut of the line of people who came after me. Like hello I was waiting on the line but none of you mind to ask me what I want and now I have to start to be on the line over again. Like Im not wasting my time over an ice cream. WORST customer service.

Theyre always pretty packed whenever I come here, which is a sign that theyre quality stuff but it also means you gotta wait to place your order then wait even longer to get it. But if youre willing to wait (and have the money---its Cold Stone so itll be on the pricier side for ice cream) then go for it

Probably the worst Cold Stone Ive ever been to, and Ive been to a lot of them. Worst of all, my clothes literally went out of style waiting for my ice cream to be made. Literally. At least theyre clean... or not.

I Went to a function which my Job hosted and decied to stop and get some Ice Cream. Crazy I know in the heart of winter:) any way I meet Gertude and her service was great. The Ice Cream was pretty good too.

Shocked at the condition of the store. Big, overflowing garbage pail sitting in the middle of the floor. Countertops cluttered and untidy. Would hate to see whats going on in the less public areas.

When I got my ice cream it was basically melted. The space (floors and counters ) are a mess and are always a mess. This is the only Cold Stone that disappointes me.
