Ice cream of course is nice... But dont go 45 mins before closing time because youll have to mix your own ice cream. The younger guy working tonight was rude and looked like we just interrupted him from closing early. I understand its 45 mins to closing time and you want to leave at 10 on the dot, but we come to Cold Stone for a reason and would expect the same service as other amazing Cold Stones. So I wanted Founders Favorite and I got vanilla ice cream with a brownie on top with some caramel and fudge drizzle...... It started falling out of the cup so I asked for the larger cup so it wouldnt pour out. Just disappointed in this service.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. The closed an hour early and the employee was extremely rude. We got to Coldstone at 9 PM and the door was locked. A female employee was cleaning and came to the door. She rudely explained that she was "closing early tonight" and shut the door in our faces. None of my friends/family will ever be coming back here again. We were extremely unsatisfied and were shocked.
