I had a very unhappy experience at this Jamba Juice and will not be returning. My wife entered the store when there were no other customers and ordered a drink. There were two employees working at the time. Three more customers came after us and, after waiting for more than 10 minutes, and after seeing that our drink was not being made I asked for a refund. The manager (I later found out she was the manager), told me "ok" but continued to pour the drinks for the other customers. I asked a second and third time and she said that she had to finish with their order. Apparently there was a "large telephone order" that had come in but we find the managers lack of professionalism and customer courtesy deeply concerning. I have always loved coming to Jamba Juice and it is a shame that the company has franchised a location to someone this discourteous. We will never go to this location again.

Jamba Juice is by far the best commercial smoothie on the market. They offer mostly organic ingredients and juices, and juice real vegetables on the spot so you know you are getting the best. The staff is very helpful and Ive found that the owner is VERY knowledgeable about the items that make up their products, its nutritional value, and really knows how to combine holistic benefits with just great taste. I personally have been on a Jamba Juice diet for 30 days now and lost over 18 lbs (from 213 lbs. to 194.6 lbs.). Thats a whooping .6 lbs very day and I feel GREAT. I am so grateful that they opened a location close to me. You must try them. Michael

This is the only Jamba Juice I have ever been to. I really enjoy the immaculate interior with refreshing and bright colors. The welcoming interior perfectly matches the wonderfully delicious drinks that Jamba Juice has to offer. I almost almost get the Caribbean Passion since it is my favorite. it is amazing and fresh ever time I have ordered it. I also typically go on Wednesdays with a friend since the drinks are buy one get one free for Stony Brook students! Try out Jamba juice!

Unprofessional and ignored us when we walked in. Staff was too busy talking to their friends instead of taking out orders. I understand that they want to have fun while their at work but BE PROFESSIONAL My sister asked for a survey, and the cashier jokingly said that he always throws them away. However, there was a nice young lady who made our drinks and they were delicious !!!!!

Great healthy smoothies. The juice is fresh as well. The cashiers is very friendly as well. This location accepts Stony Brook Meal Card. Nice, clean and great music as well.
