Before the past two orders that I have made with this particular location of Pronto I used to order from them very frequently. I ordered from them and they completely messed up the order. I figured it to be a fluke and was told they would send me my correct order and I should have it within 20 minutes. The order toke 50 minutes. I didn’t complain just figured maybe they were busy. I called back a week later placed another order which they messed up again. I called back to speak with one of the girls about my order and they then put me on with a manager named AJ who spoke to me as if he was speaking to one of his friends. Saying that the order was messed up due to being "mad busy" and they would send me the correct order. I informed him that this is not the first time that they messed up my order and I was not willing to wait 50 minutes again for my food. He advised me that it was impossible for me to wait that long and there is no way that it happened, pretty much calling me a liar. I don’t know who would put someone in a manager position who speaks to customers like that because if it was my establishment I would be embarrassed to hear one of my employees speak to a customer in that way. Since these two experiences I highly doubt I will ever order from any of their locations again. The only reason why I even gave them one star is because it would not allow me to post this review with zero stars.

I use to order from Pronto on Richmond Avenue for years. Atleast once a week when I am rinning around with my children and after school activities. Today they decided that I could not order the pizza special, one large pie, one topping and a soda. You have to get a topping. I spoke to a guy who said he was the manager Igly because the girl that answered the phone had no clue what was going on and kept putting me on hold. After 15 minutes of aggrivation and getting no where, I informed him that he just lost a great customer. I feel bad for the delivery guys. They are really nice. Definitely not worth going back. I ordered from Euro pizza instead and the pizza was even better. Goodbye Pronto. You should treat your customers better or get a new manager. He is rude, nasty and obnoxious. He needs better customer service skills.

Got a pie that was not fresh, cold and burnt and the manager was very rude passed the blame onto the driver. How can the driver be responsible for a pie thats burnt and pieced together from old slices laying around?? It was NOT the drivers fault. Its just lazy people not wanting to do thier job. Was sent out a new pie in under 10 minutes when the orginal old pie took 45 minutes to arrive, hmm sounds shady to me. Wont be ordering from them anymore. Just lost a loyal customer of 4 years!!!

This place is terrible, horrible food, poor management and rude drivers. I would never recommend this place to anyone I like. The managers Billy and AJ need management training because they dont know how to treat or please customers. Do not support this business I rather get fat with Mc donalds fast efficient and courteous.

Best pepperoni roll and pizza on Staten Island do not waste your time with rude waiters soggy pasta and terrible pizza at barios go here instead for amazing rolls pizza pasta and more ok I am pretty darn impressed not by just the food but the girl who answers the phone is super nice

Small location with barley any seating. Delivery drivers are all over the place being rude and inconsiderate towards people trying to grab a bite. Maybe take out is better but dont go here thinking your able to sit down and ENJOY a slice.

Used to order takeout from them fairly often, but the food just isnt as good as it used to be. Chicken tenders are dry and have no flavor and the fries always look and taste undercooked. Better off ordering elsewhere.

Order lunch from them at least 3 times a week for many years. This is the one time my order was .50 cents short and they wouldnt deliver my food. WOW. Guy on the phone was very rude. I was very suprised

The best delivery guy, some people say hes trash, that he owes his ex girlfriend money, that his soccer team never wins, but when it comes to delivering Pizza. Professional.

Love the food! I usually order online and everything is customizable. Havent messed up once! And sometimes my orders can get pretty strange. :-) Great place!

Solid pizza place. I wouldnt put it up there with the best on Staten Island, but definitely good Pizza. Sausage Parm is delicious here.
