I come from Italy and went to this place in Staten Island during my NYC trip to see with my eyes the culture of italian-americans in New York. The place is pretty nice, with people speaking italian, among which the owner, a Sicilian guy; he won a lot of prizes and awards with his pizzas. To tell you the truth, the pizza is definetely not a really italian pizza, but there are a lot of rivisited american version. Pretty good, to my POV. There is garlic everywhere, you have to pay attention to this. Said this, you must visit Italy to eat a really italian pizza, but this type is not bad at all.

Mona Lisa is the Best! Delicious pizza. One of the best on Staten Island. They dont win awards for their pizza because its bad. Their artichoke and spinach slice is to die for. The people who gave Mona Lisa bad reviews are people who are use to eating terrible pizza.

Hate this place. I made the mistake of going in there to try it. Horrible! I had heartburn for 2 days. Should have went to Trio, right across the street. That food is great.

Definitely the best pizza in town. They make the best vodka pizza that I ever had.
