Crazy high prices..$14 breakfast sandwich, wife had pancakes, coffee and ice tea= well over $30! Food decent but no different than any where else. No wait staff, you clean up yourself. Fair trade? Try fair prices to get us to come back. We eat out breakfast every sunday as a family. We wont be returning unless he reduces prices. Skip this place and try a local diner. In response to the establishment owners post: Your staff was rude and could not be bothered. My wife is a gourmet cook and we certainly recognize quality. We also eat out often and easily recognize when a place is way overpriced. Your homemade breakfast sandwich can be had at most local diners for half of what you are asking. Shirleys Diner in Saratoga, for example, has a smoked salmon Benedict that makes your sandwich taste like spam. The salmon is top quality, yours was not. I suggest instead of arguing you take the constructive criticism and adjust your prices. It is not that your quality is wasted on us..it is that your prices are out of line. I highly doubt that your staff is paid any different than elsewhere. Fair trade is often used as an excuse for high prices. My paying for your donations seems inappropriate as well.

This deli-like eatery offers fresh delicious soups, seasonal foods, amazing home-made pastrami (who DOES that!?), corned beef, barbeques, and pulled pork and chicken, among many other things. I have gone there on many occasions just to get a pound or two of their pastrami to bring home. Think fall-apart, pull-apart meat; not typical thin-sliced grocery store stuff. FanTastic! Specialty brews and sodas, unusual and delicious potato chips, unique doughnuts and other baked goods are among their impressive offerings. While its not inexpensive, the quality and unusual nature of the provisions are really worth the price. There is indoor seating, and its proximity to both Broadway and Congress Park make it convenient to get to. Plus it is directly beside Saratogas largest parking lot and adjacent to a parking structure. Good for breakfast and Great for lunch, but its not a dinner place -- they close at 5 or 6pm. Its among my top picks in Saratoga, which is a town rich with excellent culinary opportunities. That says a lot. Try it!

Yummy in my tummy and my tummy isnt big enough! Friendly service. Found this place on Google maps. Order at the counter and seat yourself. The flavors are great. The menu had so many interesting things I didnt know how to decide. But seeing that they service breakfast all day long AND I love breakfast for any meal... I had to go breakfast with latke and lox. Loved it. The Rachel my husband got was so delish!! We had food envy for each other. Our meal was linchtime on Saturday. We are headed back for breakfast tomorrow before we leave town. I have to try other things on the menu!

A recent addition to the downtown deli and take-out scene, from the owners of Black Diamond Catering. Amazing soups, and you can taste before you buy. House smoked brisket and house cured pastrami are great, non-standard preps and the pulled pork and chicken are good too. Best bets are a sandwich and a side for $10 or so (thats for the "small" which is huge) and a selection from the serve-yourself pickle bar. You can dine in, or stroll across the parking lot and eat in Congress Park.

I love the food at Parkside Eatery, I love the owners . I have known the owners for over 15 years plus I have been working for them for almost 2 years in March .They are decent employers that give you a chance and talk to you when you make a mistake not yell or ridicule in front of other staff or the customers thats how its suppose to be thanks again to Michael and Heidi Hoyt for Parkside Eatery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was good but very expensive for the portion size. It was also very confusing. There are tables that are first come first sit, but you have to find a menu and order at the counter and flag them down when your name is called. There are no clear signs or direction as to how to seat yourself, how to get drinks, how to order, etc...So an overall frustrating experience for anyone who isnt a loca regular.

My personal favorite place to get breakfast in all of Saratoga (although they do much more than breakfast). I have never had a bad meal in the 20+ times I have eaten here. Weekends they make doughnuts and cinnamon rolls that are amazing. Also, no judgement if you get mimosa, bloody Mary, or beer in the morning. Staff is friendly and grits remind me of home.

Ive previously had dinner there and now Ive had breakfast. On both occasions, the food has been both inventive and delicious. Many of the ingredients used in their dishes are made in-house, such as their pastrami, bacon and sausages. This morning, I had their egg sandwich on challa bread, with sausage and smoked gouda- fantastic! Great place.

This place is a counter serve and has a little of everything, breakfast, lunch, hot station, cold station, bakery... They are located in a convenient location in downtown Saratoga with a lots of parking space, its very easy to get to. Good customer service. Breakfast was ok and for the amount of food I would say the price is reasonable.

The absolute best place when you are looking for something fabulous to eat but dont know exactly what you want. There is a huge variety of great hot and cold foods as well as desserts and you will be hard pressed to not find something you absolutely love at reasonable prices.

Just passing through town and stumbled upon this place for breakfast. Although it would have been nice to see our food come out a few minutes earlier, we totally forgot about it after it arrived. Amazing breakfast! Best ever.

Great food. Home style fries are amazing. Self serve coffee and soup is a great idea. Weekend donuts are delicious. Came for breakfast here every day during our stay and every dish we tried was good.

Can get a little loud if there are lots of people but doesnt change the fact the food is tasty and the service is friendly! Love the desserts too! Great place for a quick bite or a sit down lunch.

Reuben sandwiches are their signature item. A design your own Reuben with meats prepared on site. Soups and other deli items. The flourless chocolate Irish whiskey cake is to die for.

Food came out cold and was not good for very expensive prices, order came out wrong and was a big deal to get it fixed, building was very out of date and dirty. Would never go back.
