The only reason I gave it 1 star was for how cute the place is on the inside. I ordered 2 tacos which were okay, although I was looking for homemade taco shells, but oh well. I also ordered a cheese enchilada and when I got it, there was no cheese. All it was was a flour tortilla filled with onions and sour cream, and when I say filled, I am exaggerating. I didnt bother to complain because the person that came with me ordered extra enchilada sauce for her chicken enchilada (which had a few pieces of chicken), she was told that he dumped half a bottle on hers and it had hardly any sauce at all. We will not be back, but we tried it.

This place is amazing and is a must stop! The service is fast and excellent. I loved all their hot sauces and appreciated the guys taking the time to explain the difference between each one and what to expect. I got the mini burrito and quesadilla sliders. The serving size was just right. The ingredients are so fresh, its refreshing to see a place doing it right. All of us in our party of 4 loved our take-out order. We would go back to Saranac lake just to have Borracho Taco again. I wish these guys the best and hope they live long and prosper.

Open late which is great especially in a town like Saranac Lake where everything seems to close by 9pm. Service is a bit on the slower side for fast food. As fir the food, Ive had okay food at times and other times I have had pretty good food. Id give it 4 stars if the food was consistent with the good food I have had.

Great food! Just wish the prices were a tad better. Most things on the menu are over $8, its a good amount of food you get just not worth the $8 to me.

Took train from Lake Placid. Walked the entire town. Stopped here for a bite. Very good! And still made train back to Lake Placid.
