I have tasted the fruits of chipotle across the nation, and having seen a range in quality and regional variations, consider myself well qualified to judge a locations merits. This one hit every mark on my multi-factor assessment with aplomb. To touch on some high points: service was polite without being overbearing, preferences were duly noted and acted upon, and - perhaps most importantly - the burrito wrapping skills were superior. The helpings were also generous. I know some of these qualities will vary with staff and customer load, but if you happen to find yourself in the vicinity at 11:30am on a Thursday - you may hit the sweet spot, as I did. Thank you, people there. My family enjoyed a delicious meal by your hands and I will surely return.

The food is very good. But they make lots of mistakes. You absolutely cannot leave this restaurant after picking up an order without checking every single meal to be sure they are correct. Ive had tacos with no meat, burritos with sour cream when none was requested, a kids quesadilla that wasnt even cooked (they just threw a tortilla and some cheese in the container!) and entire missing meals. They have also failed to include the promised fruit in the kids meal several times. Meals are also often not prepared for the pick up time. If I arrive after my pickup time and my food isnt ready, I dont want to see you making food for anybody until my order is ready.

Service here is and has always been extremely horrible. Servers act like they do not want to serve you and the cashiers and management have nasty attitudes particularly Jennifer. Ive called multiple times to speak with the manager Jason and they told me 3 different stories as to where he was trying to avoid my compliant. Ive been too several Chipotles across the globe and have never experienced the horrible customer service I experienced here, not once but TWICE!! It is safe to say I will be taking my taste buds elsewhere!! .

Even though the food is delicious the attitude of the staff members makes me not want to come back. They seem to change the whole staff every couple of months or so, last time I was there with my whole family we were treated poorly. The staff member making our order kept sucking his teeth and disrespecting us under his breath. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR A CHIPOTLE IN SUCH A DIVERSE AREA!

One of the guys had trouble with a special order... be sure if you have a special request you explain it well... Like putting meat on half a burrito bowl... make sure they know which half you mean because " My friends vegetarian" doesnt register with some people. Also my daughter-in-law got a half piece of an unripe guacamole in her guacamole.

Most Chipotle locations are busy, but this location seems to be busy all the time; no matter when you go. Your standard Chipotle setup here. Ive eaten here once and been served very raw chicken though. I realized after eating a few pieces and had them remake the bowl. Luckily didnt get sick or anything.

The food here is pretty good,but if you get guac it is 1.75 extra. They have burritos, tacos, and salads. The service is pretty quick because it is just a line of people adding things to your food. I would recommend it to a friend.

This Chipotle is easy to get to, with lots of free parking. Inside is nice and clean, food is consistent, and its generally not crowded unless you go around 4 or later, thats when you hit the late lunch / early dinner rush.

Great spot to fill up on grub... portions arent nearly as generous they used to be though. I guess with so many less people coming through the door they have to be more conscious about their portions to cut costs now.

Slowest Chipotle Ive ever been so. Understaffed and the people actually working are very slow. At 4 pm on a Monday, it took over 15 minutes to get a chicken bowl with about 10 people in line before me. Really bad.

Typical version of the chain. Was over-busy on a Saturday. Mostly accommodated our group of 8. They lost some sales because we didnt want to endure the long line a second time to acquire seconds for the kids.

Chipotle in Rye Brook, NY somehow managed to put steak in the sofrito... I do NOT eat meat. This is appalling and should not have happened. I will definitely never eat here again!

This Chipotle is awful. They cant work the line to save their lives. Often you must wait over 15 mins for their poor burrito rolling skills. Poor customer service as well.
