Had extremely unpleasant customer service!!! My waitress was kind, however we were treated rudely from another waitress and the manager. Me and my pregnant girlfriend had just finished paying for our dinner and were waiting for our food (that I oredered to go). As we were waiting, a waitress who had not served us for the night, asked if we could get up so they could seat another party. I immediatelty found this to be rude and unprofessional. I explained to her that we were waiting for our food to go. She then rudely replied that we can wait at another table or bar. I told her me and my pregnant girlfriend were comfortable and prefered not to move. She then walked off with an attitude and another lady who I believe to be the manager came over and asked if we could get up so that they could seat the other party. She offered me a free drink and I accepted. My pregnant girlfriend decided to wait in the car and refused to sit at the bar. My original waitress (who was nice) saw us walking out the door and gave us our food we ordered to go. She said you forgot your food and I told her we were kicked out. 30 seconds later the manager storms outside and starts cursing and screaming "I didnt kick you out". Very unprofessional and lack of any customer service. Ive come here many times and even brought others. They food is great, the drinks are good, but the customer service is we received that night was terrible!!! Ive meet the owner several times, wish he was there to see how rude we were treated. He should immediately get rid of that manager/waitress. We will not come back here ever again.

The food and drinks are actually extremely good but lately the customer service has been horrible. Last time I went, they told me to sit at the bar. We had to ask if there was a table and he said "well you can wait 15 minutes at the bar" begrudgingly. He said hed get me a table that was going to open soon. We had to spot the table ourselves, and the captain saw us and was like "good thing youre paying attention cuz I totally forgot about you." Last night at 9pm, I made a reservation on yelp for 5 people today. When I show up theyre like "we dont do reservations for 1230pm and were not going to bother anyone to seat you because you waited too late and reserved a bad time" Customer service is generally pretty bad here, but after the last two times, it doesnt matter how good the food is. Other places in this neighborhood have both good service and great food. Im not coming here again.

Cabos food takes forever to come out, this is the most annoying part about the place and probably my only complaint. However, if you have time to actually enjoy your dining experience, you will absolutely love this space. Not only is the food really good, but the customer service and the manager are awesome. He is personable and always interacts with all the customers and aims to make things right when it goes wrong. The steak and eggs, the fajitas, the empanadas, theyre all really good! I recommend this place, especially for brunch.

Not good, Smoke from a sizzling platter they have listed on the menu was everywhere.Each time someone ordered that plate the place was up in smoke. The bathroom was very dirty and the food wasnt too great the rum sangria was not what I expected hidious.The seats were burnt they had holes in them idk why.Hip hop and rap music in a Mexican cuisine restaurant , you go figure.I would certainly not return.The waitress a blonde young lady was ok she did what she could but was not very friendly,re-think it if you plan on going to Cabo.

The food here was delicious! I was glad to see that CABO accommodated vegetarians and vegans with select vegetarian dishes. I had the Black Bean Burger and it was very tasty and filling. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was very lively and interactive, with a live DJ and a full bar. Though the prices are a bit higher than that of your average Mexican or Latin American restaurant in the Bronx, it is very easy to see why. I am looking forward to returning.

Im a frequent patron of this restaurant and have always had a great experience (Ive even posted pictures of their great food in the past); however, Vianney Morales was rude and standoffish during my most recent visit. I now feel uncomfortable going. Was hoping to introduce more of my friends/coworkers to the cabo experience, but not until something is done about her horrible customer service. Cabo management needs to do some immediate retraining with her.

Ordered for Lunch delivery ! It took a bit long but it was expected, because it was a big order and distant. Jose the employee at CABO handled my order due some issues I was experiencing online. He was very patient and helpful. I am in the industry and I was very appreciative! We had tacos, salads, rice bowls, and entree dishes, all great and awesome portions! Will order again.

The atmosphere here is awesome. When you sit down and order drinks they give you chips and salsa. The bartenders are friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. One of the owners had come over and gave us a new salsa that he made which was awesome. I highly recommend this place for a quick drink or a sit down dinner. The empanadas are really good.

Came on a Saturday night for dinner with my wife the atmosphere was great. We didnt have reservations and they sat us right away. It was semi crowded but not overwelming. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was good and very large in portions. It was nice for the owner to ask us how was the food and interact with us.

My experience today at Cabo was absolutely horrifying and embarrassing. Special thanks to the manager, Marisol, who clearly has no sense of what the term customer service means. Thankfully the owner showed some empathy over the phone and even told us what occurred to us today has happened more than once under Marisols watch!

Went here with some friends from out of NYC the drinks werent quite right as Hennessy straight doesnt taste like black label on the rocks and the food wow major price gouging ..idk if it was because we didnt have blazers or did not speak Spanish I do like the openness of the place thou

Amazing food, delicious drinks and super friendly staff. I find myself craving this place all the time. I can go there with family for dinner, or on a nice and intimate date or even after hours with some girlfriends and each time Cabo doesnt dissapoint. Great job guys!!!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. New twists on common Latin fusion flavors. I got a groupon for 4 and it was very affordable but watch for the gratuity added on the "original price" not the groupon price.

YOU NEED TO COME HERE. You are only doing yourself a disservice if you dont try it. My husband and I have been here several times now and they NEVER dissapoint. Good food, drinks, and prices. Would absolutely recommend.
