I was seated and I ordered water for my 2yr old Daughter and soda for me and told the waitress at the same time I want to put in a order for a basket of fries no salt, also told her by the time she put that order in for fries w/o salt and my drinks. I will be ready to order. I choose to do the $10 unlimited apps. Placed three orders at the same time. Pot stickers, BBQ wings, hot wings. I say about 8:25p the apps came out. Then a random host who knows me from always going to that tgi often. Said whats wrong why you not eating I replied, "my food came out before my daughter. I ordered her first. Fries without salt" she said she will go check and be right back. At about 8:40p fries came out finally. But they had salt on them. I told the waitress who took my order she said it was supposed to be no salt. She took them back. The food I ordered for myself, as I father I dont feed to my 2yr old. Pot stickers hot wings and BBQ wings. And I wont eat food in her face when she cant eat, and she was hungry before I and I ordered her food least 10-515 minutes before mine. So I got up didnt touch the food. Because by the time my daughter cries would of came my table full of 3 apps would of been cold. I called made a complaint spoke with the manager George about this service. It is by far thee worse I ever received from T.G.I. Fridays. I dont expect to get my order to come beige everyone else. I dont expect for my order to come out right everytime but 3 apps at once. And my daughter food last and her order messed up. Thats 3 strikes in less than 45minutes of disgusting service. Like I told Goerge, not even money can fix my experience. Its one thing when Im there w friends waiting on food. But my child is another story. I had to settle for Burger King. But they got the fries right in less than 1 minute. I will not send my address or phone number to be contacted. The way I feel about TGIfridays cant not be cleared with a buyout. Only way to fix this is better service.

Me & my friends had a long fun day at brown stone but on the way home we all got hungry. We originally sat at the bar to wait for one of the 5 tables that were dirty to get cleaned off. At first the bar tenders were really cool until After waiting 20 minutes asked if we could have one of the tables. We asked for a corner table but the bar tender decided that the table with less things on it was more convenient for him. When we reminded him he huffed and puffed & may I add never cleaned the table we wanted. We moved to that table waited 15 minutes and not one person came and asked us what we wanted to eat or drink. I then went to the front to maybe see if we could be seated in the dining room... I waited for the hostess for about 5 minutes then when she finally arrived had some raggedy shoes on with some bright red socks and her hair in a nasty bun literally looked like she just woke up and came to work. She sat me & my friends & so we sat in the wayyyy back table waited for another 15 minutes we then saw the same girl who I guess was a waitress go around to every table next to us and ask them "if everything was okay, & let them know their food would be right out" she then looked right us for a good 5 seconds and walked away. We got up and left. A WASTE OF 55.5 MINUTES OF OUR LIVES. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! & LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS DIRTY IN THERE. NEVER AGAIN ! I dont know if this was an act of racism or descrimination because were Hispanic & my boyfriend is Arabic. On our way out I heard one of the waitresses mutter under her breath and call us dirty monkeys. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!

I wont be returning to this locations. I drink order was taken by our server, who I guess either didnt write it down of forgot. Then the hostess came re-take out drink order. After taking our order, no more than 2 min later a server came to serve food we didnt order. Granted simple mistake no big deal. We told him its not our food & continued conversing. Our drinks came our sporadically over 20 min period. Our food came out the same way but over 30 min period and was continuously wrong. We had to keep asking for our drinks and for our food to be corrected. My husband asked for utensils and had to wait about 20 min before getting them and his food was cold when he finally received it. It was just wrong all together, drinks, food, waiting, we also ordered a meal to go for my sister waiting at home. With all that went wrong during our dining we should have checked it but we were just so ready to get out of there. When we got her food to her it was incorrect and missing food as well! Our server was Angelina and brandished a lovely half dollar sized hickey on the left side of her neck.

WOW, first time at a TGI Fridays in about 10 years and totally disappointed should just have kept going down the road to Chilis but anyway husband got lobster tails they stunk like I mean smelled and you can only smell lobster tails like that if theyre starting to go I just got the $10 appetizer deal but the problem with that is I couldnt take any of my appetizers home which is bizarre because I paid $10 so I dont know why I cant take at least 1 home I only got three ate one piece of the flatbread cuz that was terrible two bites of the bourbon boneless chicken which was awesome but I get full easily and one of the pot stickers will not be going back again the waitress never picked up any dirty plates we had coffees and our creamers were all over the table it was pathetic sorry that will be a no. I only gave them 1 star because Im a softy. Seriously after paying that bill I should have at least been able to take an appetizer home but will not be going back.

If I ever go back I will refuse service by Nichole. Laziest server I have ever had. Screwed up my finances order, appetizer came out cold, waited 15 minutes for our first drinks and after 10 minutes of waiting for our second drinks got one and canceled the second because I didnt wanna wait anymore. I would understand if the place was busy but our server herself had 3 tables with no more than 3 people at each and the rest of the place was dead. For being my second time at this location, Im at a 50/50 of going back. If I do it will be strictly based upon my first experience and flavor of food. But in highly recommend a serious cleaning of the filthy bar that smells through the building and keeping up with cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant. The bathrooms smell better than the bar.

Walked into an interview to get verbally embarrassed in front of waiting staff and customers... I was running approx. 5 minutes late because my pregnant girlfriend needed to use the restroom and I had a hard time finding the place for the first time.. I wasnt giving time for explaination but simple giving a handshake while he laughed..."Im alright..we dont need you here.." I question him because I was shocked just for him to back up slowly and say the same thing so others could hear him....literally almost walked out in tears... You never know how bad someones day could be...but you should never take it out on someone whose just trying to find oppertunity and better themselves... His name was George btw..
