I want to like these guys. I really really do want to like them. Its a great little store, and I love that they buy and sell used books. The collection has become quite unique, however everytine I go in to order a coffee to go, I feel like I have to be rude to get it in any reasonable length of time. For example, this morning I came in to grab a coffee and the woman at the counter was discussing an article with a couple, not acknowledging me waiting at all. I stand for about 3min, then the phone rings and she picked up the phone instead, so I left. I would toss this up to her being new, the place being still relatively new, etc, except that this happens all the time here. They make me feel like I have to be an ass hole to be served. Its not that they are to busy, they are just not grasping the idea of costumer service. It feels like it exists so that they can hang and chat with people, but that means they ignore the other half of the people.

I like this place, nice selection of books and cozy atmosphere. However, its extremely awkward ordering at the counter when its filled with people and their laptops and books. I always feel like Im in someones way. Its easy to get ignored and sometimes I just walk out because the guy behind the counter couldnt be bothered and I cant be bothered to wait.

You can find virtually any book youre looking for here, at half the price of other used book stores. Seriously, the inventory here is insanely expansive, and whatever isnt in stock, the ultra friendly owner will happily help you acquire it
