At 8:15 this morning I went in to Burger King to purchase a cup of coffee. The drive thru man was taking an order. He glanced over at me and told me someone would be with me in a second. I stood at the counter and waited while he took an additional order and began feeling both orders. The young lady in the back walked around making sandwiches cleaning up and tidying up glancing out of me several times. I stood there and I waited approximately 7 minutes. At this point I turned around and left. It is important to know I was the only customer inside and only wanted a cup of coffee and yet was completely ignored. The counter and waited well he took an additional order again selling book orders. Young lady in the back walk around making sandwiches clean up inside enough with the out of me several times. It is important to know I was the only customer inside and only wanted a cup of coffee and yet was completely ignored. I would not recommend this restaurant anyone I cared about.

I went through drive - trough because my daughter was asleep , the girl on the speaker was hard to understand , I had to keep asking what she was saying. When I got to the window they rang me up and asked me to pull forward . I said " there are no cars behind me I will wait here" . She then stated that they are timed on their orders so she needed me to pull - up . Huh ?? . I again stated there are no cars behind me I will wait here ...she went to get her manager , the manager asked me to pull forward . Instead of arguing ( no cars behind me ) I pulled forward . I waited over 5 minutes , then someone walked the order out to me . Am I missing something here ?? If the order is timed and they had to ask me to move forward did they not fail ?? Terrible service ..food was not great either ....

Was overcharged by a dollar got no receipt when they corrected it the fries were not cooked at all their replacement fries were totally undercooked and the new Burger King fries thankfully I dislike and so I a will not be gaining weight by eating their fries anymore

Had my credit card number stolen here when the drive through attendant took my card and disappeared for a minute with it for no reason. Cash only for me now.
