I wouldnt give even one star, but otherwise cant write. Carlos Pizza used to be my and my familys favorite for countless years, never could imagine they would be so cold hearted and careless, today having a lunch there, I stepped out for a minute and going back in I tripped on that terrible step they have by the entrance, lost balance and with full speed hit the table,fall down, my elbow was bleeding, got huge bruise on my wrist I was so dizzy, customer next table ran to help me, when owner and whole stuff stayed behind the counter, never even move, not even offer of glass of water or piece of ice. someone else would call the caps and sue them for. Shame on you all, heartless and rude. You just lost your best customer and Ill do my best so none of my friends and family ever step in your shop.

After waiting 1 hour 10 minutes I called back and was told my credit card did not go through and they did not start cooking the pizza! On top of that I asked why someone did not call me back and their reply was are you going to keep me on the phone?, which my reply was no, I need to get off the phone and right a review, amazing and funny, I could not believe it. Good luck with getting your pizza.

First of all my kids can walk there, second the staff is so helpful when they do go by themselves in figuring out the money they have and what they can get then...what ever they do get is sooo delicious! What more could you ask for!!?

The tastes are much like Ginos, but I am kind of bugged by the lack of variety and the confined space. Its no wonder you can see pizza boxes everywhere: the only way to have roomy seating is to call for order.

Our family usually gets pizza and soups from here all the time. They lost our business today. They not only have bad service but extremely rude on the phone. Thank God theres other pizzerias in Port!

Irresistibly tasty and delicious! So good they baked the chicken calzone that I purchased and that makes me willing to go back! Very warm, friendly, welcoming services! Friendly employees!!

Best pizza Ive ever had. My parents took me as I kid and I still go now at least once a month to get a pizza because its amazing. If you like pizza you need to go to Carlos.

Dont live in NY anymore, but this was one of my top pizza places. Most of the same guys have been working there since I was a kid and they are some great people.
