With three kosher pizza options in my area I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a large pie to stay. Unlike other pizzerias where you can sit in there is no one to take your order while you sit with your family so I had to leave my three kids by a table while I went to the counter and ordered and wait until your number gets called. I ended up waiting approximately 40 minutes for the pizza while store was visibly not busy. By the time the pizza was ready they forgot I wanted to eat in and gave me the pizza to go which I did. The reason I decided to go and not correct them is because the seating area was filthy there were dirty plates, cups and napkins all over the place and all the tables were visibly dirty and it didnt look like anyone had any intention of cleaning them. I also ordered 4 milkshakes 3 "medium" and one "large" the medium are mini cups smaller than small. The large is actually a small cup. They got that order wrong as well and gave me all "medium" and had to correct him so he can give me the large which is actually a small. The pizza was not bad and not great but it was consistent with the other Chai pizza from rt 59. All in all I dont plan to go back but hopefully they will take this review into consideration and really work on improving their customer service especially with so much competition for them in the area.

The pizza and services were out of this world! I placed an order for delivery, and it arrived less than 30 minutes later. The balls in the picture are called "Mac & Cheese Bites." I have been a Chai 59 customer until they changed their pizza recipe (I think they started using a different cheese). But Chai Pamonas pizza is similar to Pita Lands, which Ive come to love. Amazing experience! Thank you.
