Well , stopped in to place both a birthday cake & cupcake order ( Btw They were a little pricey) , the girl behind the counter was pleasant and tried to help as best as she could however, she said we would need to speak to the owner so we left our name and phone number . Since we did not want to waste the trip we picked up a few things to sample. everything we picked was good but nothing was spectacular. We waited 3 days and heard from no one ,so we decided to call and were told the owner would call us back definitely by the end of the day and she did not. Basically their customer service is horrible dont count on them to call or follow up with you. They left us rushing around to find someone to take care of our needs .

This review was hysterically funny… I know you cant be serious these are the most courteous and customer friendly people I have ever met. I originally went in because my niece is on a gluten-free diet, she is only seven years old and I cant bear the thought of her not being able to enjoy cakes like other children. I went in and ordered some of the individuals for her and we all enjoyed it… Now we purchase them for the whole family… Delicious says at all

Ive never been there but called to order a gluten free cake recently. The person who took my order was very rude and she sounded like I was disturbing her! I guess business must be so good that the owners of Sweet Karma feel they can talk to people with an attitude and still get a sale....well, thanks but no thanks....Ill spend my money elsewhere.

All the cakes I have ordered have been top notch beautiful!! Brian always goes above and beyond!!! The time and care he has taken really shows in the quality of my cakes and yummy desserts Ive purchased! My favorite dessert ... Chocolate Indulgence!! I will be visiting Sweet Karma Desserts for all my special occasion cakes!!!!

Amazing desserts and cakes! Ive been going here for at least five years and ever since going here I cant even be bothered with another bakery. Very friendly and helpful people working here, every time I go in for something small or a big order I am treated like family even if it is busy.

What kind of business mind do they have?? RUDE RUDE RUDE...they are really rude.. and I realized that I am not the only one who felt that way... I hope the owner knows someone behind the counter or the phone is ruining the business..

Brian and Jen are very dedicated business people..Brian is an award winning culinary grad and they will go above and beyond even to do a specialty cake a day before..Super accommodating..

Delivered a broken cake and left. Did not even offer an apology. Does not have pride in his work Do not use them.
