Went there the other day to purchase a cake. While they nice much younger worker who was very pleasant helped me, and while she was writing on the rum cake, I was looking at the cookies. There was an older lady who appeared to be purposely avoiding me as she paced back and forth and then rolled her eyes and walkin in the front end walk in. Then she came out as though it was such a pain to help me. She helped me with my Linder cookies but her energy towards me was very standoffish and rude. I only come here once a year if that for my grandmothers favorite rum cake but this experience from this women makes me not want to ever visit here again. Needless to say due to her bad energy I tossed the cookies out. Smh. You can teach anyone a job your cant un teach racism or how to be genuinely nice. 0 stars.

Ive ordered their famous rum cake many times & everytime I have it I think how heavenly this cake is. Finally a moist, light cake with an icing that is so yummy & not overly sweet. Real cream! Not that awful icing that everyone scrapes off. The only scraping is to clean your plate down to every crumb. By the way, I dont care for rum,, so dont" let the name "Rum Cake" keep you from trying this. You will never regret ordering this! Wonderful assortment of other delicious bakery confections.

Rude and racist. Walked in and waited for help patiently and not one time did anyone offer assistance. The next person came in and they skipped over us. Then let the girl know she overlooked us she smiled and walked away. Then called out the manager she was rude and argumentative. Then the older guy who must be the owner said just let them leave he doesnt want to help.

Ok, I have to say that I was shocked to see that Angela Mia had gotten such bad reviews. I have to admit that I have never had a wedding cake from there but I have had plenty of other things from there. Their desserts are always fantastic--I love their cookies and highly recommend. You wont be disappointed!

Too expensive try Grimaldi Bakery in Queens better by far prices are good & the pastries bigger, Angela Mia they are over priced & small in size. 1lb at Grimaldi 10.59 at Angela Mia 13.89 & 1/2 the size.
