I normally love panera but this location is just awful. They consistently get our order wrong. Twice Ive ordered salad with chicken and both times they didnt add chicken when its clearly written on the order that I want it with chicken. I order with rapid pick up and usually grab the food and go so I dont realize the mistake til I get home. Last time they even forgot the yogurt that comes with my sons sandwich. Ive also ordered extra dressing which Im charged for, understandably of course, but then I never actually receive extra dressing. As well as getting my orders wrong, they skimp out on the portions. Every time we order sandwiches they put so little chicken. I know there should be more because whenever we go to a different panera there is enough in our sandwiches. Its such a shame that this location sucks since it was much closer to us.

Second time eating at this newly opened PB in Pelham Manor and one thing is clear - its leaps and bound above its neighboring Bay Plaza location. From the quality of food, the cozy, modern layout and technological implementations designed to help serve customers quicker - this is THE best PB location Ive ever been to. In comparison, the Bay Plaza location features ultra long lines at lunch, inconsistent menu quality (ingredients of sub-par quality if not outright missing from my orders) and inferior service. The disparity is so drastic its like Im dining at two completely separate establishments.... I suppose that maintaining the standards of quality at existing locations isnt a priority for Panera management.

Greatest panera bread Ive been too in a long time!!. One thing though, that I will not allow to affect my review, Google Maps has the location wrong, for anyone around here who looks at the map, google brings you to BJs, into a parking lot on the other side kf the street from the actual location. Easy to find, which is why I wont let it affect the review, but for those who feel lost, its not far from the location that google has it set too.

Excellent! Customer service was great... suggested a few items and each especially the chicken Alfredo tortellini was on point. The place was clean and I so enjoy table service. This location is on my favorites list!

Ordered quickly. Sat down, received our food. Tinaya realized that my daughter was not going to enjoy her sandwich. Tinaya quick noticed and offered other choices to my daughter. Daughter pleased. Very good work.

The food was fresh and well prepared. very clean place. The staff that I encountered was very pleasant. My 5 stars is based on one experience but they appear consistent at this location.

No real difference from any other location. Nice cozy location with plenty of parking. If you need to get some work done you can sit inside and grab a meal and use the free WiFi.

Fast food that is not bad for you. Love it. The turkey sandwich is super fresh on whole grain bread. The tomato pesto soup served on Mon/Wed/Fri. Is awesome.
