Well first off, the service sucked. We made reservations and got seated but no wait staff even agknlowleged us. We had to get someone to ask for some drinks after 10 minutes. The lady that took our order seemed disgruntled that she had to do some work. Finally we got someone and he was super slow. Food was amazing though. The balsamic dressing was the best Ive ever had. The pastas and veal were made nice but one of us ordered a salad and it came about 5 minutes after the rest of us. I mean its a salad, come on. Then they forgot our discount. The bathroom was also nasty. Trash was everywhere and it was noticeable that it hadnt been cleaned in a while. If it wasnt for the quality of the food, it wouldnt have any received any stars.

I agree with the comments about friendly service. The menu is massive and the entrees are priced a bit higher than most local restaurants. Wife ordered Portabello sandwich and waitress asked if she wanted French fries with them leading us to believe they came with the sandwich but they were added on to the bill. I had the meatball sandwich which was so so. I also hate being deceived by a restaurant. The soup special was HOMEMADE Beef Barley soup but in the two bowls we had there was one small pea size piece of "BEEF" that tasted 100% like it came out of a can. Veggies were "too perfectly cut" to be done by hand. Do they think people are stupid.? Dont think we will go back. Steve

Couldnt decide what I wanted to eat so I just went with a classic pizza. My thoughts were, "Nobody can mess up pizza", right? I was wrong. This pizza was so good, it made me realize that there arent many people who can make a delicious pie like Union Square. I will definitely be back to see how good the rest of their amazing menu is!!! BTW, the owner is VERY big on customer service! Hell make sure youre COMFORTABLE. And it reflects through the staff as well! Awesome establishment!!!!!

Great Family Restaurant! Staff very friendly and helpful. Since I am handicapped I find them to be extraordinary in their service. Theo is the Ultimate Host. The food is good, the prices are right and the atmosphere is terrific. There is just not enough good things I can say about this dining establishment. The servers are very professional and will gladly accommodate you on any order. A great Location as well to stores. I highly recommend this eatery.

The bartender Mechelle was very rude and nasty. She would not carry on a convversation, and the customers were very upset with her. She should find another place to work with her attitude. I will not go there again. Thanks.

Union square is the go to restaurant for lunch with my coworkers. Service is fast and friendly. I usually get the gyro and its very good. They also give have a military discount that we truly apreciate.

Great service and really excellent food! I enjoyed my meal and was priced right. If you are in the area maybe visiting OCC choppers this is a great stop. Id recommend it for a good meal.
