Absolutely terrible. My job orders there once a week or so and every single time they mess something up. There are always 9 orders and at first they were fine with writing peoples names on it when we provided them names but then they stopped doing that and just writing the type of sandwich on the wrapper and thats fine too. Now they just flat out refuse to do anything, throw everything in a bag, forget at least one sandwich or side EVER SINGLE TIME. horrible customer service. Today we called in an order to be picked up at a certain time and they took it upon themselves to schedule the pick up for 2 hours later and blamed it on us. This is by far the WORST PANERA Ive ever been too. This should be shut down immediately. Not to mention the numerous hairs constantly found in our food, be it a sandwich with a 2 foot long hair in it, iced smoothies with hair in it or even mac and cheese that they literally take out of a bag and put into a dish has hair in it. DO NOT EAT HERE. WORST PANERA BREAD EVER. Edit: The manager apologized today for everything and said he checked the order himself multiple times. 2 salads missing, 2 sandwiches wrong, absolutely terrible. Worst managers ever. Worst food establishment ive ever been too.

While I am a fan of many of Paneras products, and was happy to see one appear locally, I have been regularly disappointed by the young staffs lack of customer service training. On different occasions, I have felt like an afterthought, or an intrusion. On one occasion, when I asked a question about the difference between two products, the answer was "oh, its complicated - its hard to say". While I do enjoy their Country Miche (which is very complicated), I have decided to keep my bakery shopping in the City of Newburgh, where I can do more good for the local economy, and interact with nicer, more knowledgeable customer service.

Everytime I seem to go to this Panera, there is ALWAYS an issue. They are always out of certain foods or out of bread bowls. Multiple times I have tried to order soup and in a breadbowl and they say they have no bread bowls. Then they serve me lukewarm soup and throw a tiny bag of chips along with it. I have seen the employees playing around and tossing things around like theyre playing a game. The restaurant as a whole seems a little dirty...I always notice garbage on the floor or residue on the tables. They are also really understaffed, there is always a line that is thousands of miles long with only one cashier working.

The food is excellent, that is when you get what you order!!! I have ordered multiple times and have received the wrong items. I dont know what it so hard about preparing food that is ordered, must be difficult read the ticket. Just a pain in the ass. Website says if we mess up your order we will give you a sweet treat for the trouble, out right lies. Dont use the app to order food. Call ahead and make sure they repeat your order and then make sure to check your order before leaving the store.

Cant seem to get my online orders right...EVER! My online orders are NEVER correct. How hard can it be to follow a simple set of instructions from an online order? The staff is very apologetic once a mistake is pointed out but thats not the point...Id like to get my orders right for once. Please get it together or Ill take my business elsewhere.

Black west indian lady was rude as hell and a male manager . All the managers are rude as hell . The lady got mad because i was waiting for my food at the counter because i ordered take out ! She kept tellin me go sit down (rudely) when i told her my food was to go she packed my bag and tossed on the counter like i was a damn dog

Their online ordering was all messed up, and I was constantly assured my order would be filled (but it took a half hour for staff to do so, and in the end I had to beg for it several times.) Since it was breakfast for my 4 year old daughter, this was not acceptable. She had to wait too.

I placed an order to pick up. Last time they forgot something but I thought hey it happens. Well, got home and they forgot something again. I called to complain to the manager and no one answers the phone. Its not like the place was busy. The employees are completely incompetent.

I came and it took them a half hour to bring oir food after we had tk tell them. Then they said that they had only grilled cheese bread left. So they made the italian combo on that bread with 2 1/2 slices of meat. There response to it was "its been a long day." So disappointed.

This locations is always dirty, short handed and food is sub par. If I desire Panera I go out of way to go to Fishkill. Panera needs to go back to basics and be more affordable. They have made portions smaller yet prices high and they make more profit.

This is our first time coming. Food was very good. They had forgotten my chips and forgotten to put cheese on my ham and swiss cheese sandwich but they made it right and gave me a treat to make up for it. I would return and highly recommend it.

Poor experience. 95 percent of the time my order is wrong. This store can never seem to get it right. Only reason I give an extra star is because the manager offered me a free lunch. Get it right the first time! Check your order before you leave!

The last time I visited, the order, for some reason, took an inexplicably long time. The manager was nice enough to give me a free pastry. The sandwich was not out of this world, but it was pretty good. Clean, orderly establishment.

No stirrers, sugar or fresh coffee, along with glacially slow service. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the Cinnamon Crunch Scone, which was very good. This was by far the worst Panera experience I have had.

Hit or miss. I go there often, a little less since i got salmonella from there. Its either quick and accurate or slow and your order is completely screwed up. Definitely a little pricey for what you get!

They need more people working there. The line was to the door. Portions were really small this time and they served soup in throw away cups. They should be using dishes they can wash for eat in dining.

This is the worst panera I have been too. They are incredibly short staffed, which means you have to wait up to an hour for your food. Absolutely awful. Go to five guys next door instead

Great place to get a quick bite. Had my meal ready within 5mins and it was delicious and fresh. And was fairly cheap, just as muvh as you would spend at McDonalds.
