This has been an absolutely terrible experience. Went to the pizza hut in Nanuet NY with my friend, and we ended up walking out. The employee who seated us was great, but it all went downhill after being seated. The waitress came up to us with a death glare and asked if we wanted any drinks. After we both said we wanted water, she proceeded to frown and walk away. After waiting for about 15 minutes, she came out with a bunch of waters, but none of them were for us. She continued to ignore us and disappeared. My friend and I waited for about 35 minutes total, and decided to walk out. I dont understand why the service was absolutely horrible. The restaurant was not busy at all!

Came to this Pizza Hut with a party of two. When we looked inside, the place didnt look to be very busy. We were even seated very quickly and the waitress took our drink orders. After maybe about 5 minutes, we were ready to order. Unfortunately, service after that was abysmal and nonexistent. Waited 30 minutes and nobody came to check up on us to take our order. We didnt even get our drinks. No employee even approached our table. After a while, we just silently left the establishment because nobody was there manning the front door to even complain to. Thats why Im doing it on yelp.

Ordered a large pie, it was completely burnt. So I decided I would give it a try.... Terrible mistake. Also my daughter ordered chicken Alfredo, she wasnt a fan. Now this review is 3 days later and she is still throwing up to this day. I would advise no one to order from here

Went to Pizza Hut in Nanuet this evening with family: we had a wonderful young man as our server, attentive, friendly and thorough! We got a great priced meal deal that fed 6 people. Clean, friendly, and delicious pizza

Always Consistent, even we watch our calories for healthy once a while we go for the classic stuffed crust and always enjoy it along with other choices, friendly staff and good experience overall. Recomended
