Im giving them a 1 star rating. The reason for that is simply because a friend told me that their food was good so I tried it out. I placed a order for shrimp and broccoli with shrimp fried rice and I asked that my broccoli was VERY VERY SOFT PLEASE. Got my food the broccoli was hard. I called wasnt loud or rude and said what I ordered and the broccoli is hard. She didnt say nothing but ok so I said ok is anything like next maybe 10% off or something. She told me no and to put it in the microwave! I asked her was she serious that somebody referred me and I would never order again. I wasnt asking for more food or my money back I asked for no more then a $2.00 discount. She proceeded to say no and I told her that their customer service is horrible.

me and my cousin ordered from this place. We waited for 2 HOURS. Then we called again, and asked if we our address on it. but the lady said no you probably called from a different restaurant. then she hanged up. so me and my cousin called again to place a new order but when we called she said you ordered from a different restaurant please stop calling. then we said we just needed to place a new order, then she said leave us alone and stop calling this restaurant, then she hanged up.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant Ive ever ordered from. The food was greasy and bland. The chicken wings are full of hair. To top it off, I even found black Asian hair in my Chicken Broccoli. Disgusting...No wonder why they have a sanitation grade of C. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Absolutely horrible! lady that answers the phone is so rude and nasty! Store is a horrible mess with toys all over looks more Like a daycare center. delivery took 45 minutes and no utensils in the bag will never order from here again and I advise everyone not to either

Ive been going there for years . The food is good but the lady who takes the orders always seems to argue with customers . She gets orders wrong because she multitasking and then get a attitude when you correct her. I stop ordering there. Business is not appreciated.

The front lady is very polite and nice but to bad I dont eat her personality.. The food is either no cooked well or old. Ive been there a total of three times and ordered three different things. All were not satisfying in anyway.

Food is disgustingly old. The people are very nice but the chicken was inedible. Not fresh whatsoever. I used to work in culinary when its slow. Simply cook less food more often. Quality is key. Wont return

Best chicken and broccoli, and fast friendly service. Good wings and many other dishes. Been coming here for years. They lost a star because they started using commercially made dough for dumplings.
