We have been coming here regularly for years. Mostly take out, but very comfortable, inviting tables and booths if you want to stay. The food is great, and the service is excellent. They give generous portions, and great value, and are very accommodating. I personally love the peanut oil taste of the egg rolls. The soup is delicious. I love the tea, which is free, and always great. They are very organized, and efficient, and know what customers want. We usually get the sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli, and lo mein. Dont listen to those 2 recent bad reviews. I was in the restaurant yesterday with my family when 2 men came in saying they were a marketing company, and showed the owner those 2 reviews. They told her they could help her improve her business with a kiosk in the store that she had to pay for!!! I think they and those reviews are connected and are a scam!! This restaurant does wonderful business. Its like a revolving door! How dare those scammers! We love Jen and her food, and apparently so do many other locals!!

I live in Freeport and nothing against other Asian eateries but Jens is amazing the food quality and the service here is not like your other Chinese food spot and they are the next level in Chinese restaurants. Love the egg rolls the amount of seasonings and sesame oil and the big bowls of hot house special soups on a very icy cold day is highly recommended. this place is very clean and spotless and does not smell like cheap frying oil that you would find in other places and the friendly all the staff counter, cooks, and the owner herself very genuine and may this continue in every visit.

This has consistently been the best Chinese food place around! It is so hard for my wife and I to find great Chinese food on Long Island. Jens has been amazing since the first day we tried it a few years back. Recently my wife and I moved to the city; but we still come back just for Jens! If only they can open a location in the city. Their general tsaos chicken, Hunan Triple Delight, House fried rice, and the Mango Shrimp are the BEST you will ever taste! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

There soup was really good, the best Ive had in a long time..... There boneless rib lunch special was priced very fair and you got plenty of food. I was however, not to thrilled with the sauce they used for the ribs, it wasnt bad, just different. The fried rice was kind of bland as well. I would go back, I just wouldnt order the boneless ribs again. I will say, they are one of the better Chinese food places on Long Island. ....

This place is amazing. Best customer service and best Chinese food around. I called to place an order for pickup and the girl on the phone was so helpful I couldnt believe it. I had a few questions (I mean who really has questions when it comes to Chinese food? Its all the same right). She answered all of my questions clearly and was very friendly. Then the food was quality and very tasty. So happy to have this down the street.

Jens OVERPACKAGES sauces and fortune cookies time and time again, even after I beg them NOT to put it in the bag for me! Every time I pick up my food, I have to open the bag, and dump 20 sauce packets and 6 fortune cookies to give back to the cashier. Seriously, I order one entree, I dont think all those sauces and fortune cookies are necessary!

Their lunch specials are a great value and the food is very good. The Orange Chicken is excellent and this is a dish I am very picky about. I love their egg rolls and sometimes drop in just to pick one up for a snack. Expect to wait if you order take out on a Friday or Saturday night, theyre extremely busy!

We had a lunch catered in our office. I must say that was the best Pineapple Chicken I have ever tasted! Interestingly enough they have chocolate fortunate cookies (chocolate is my favorite food group lol). I have take my family there to try it. I will definitely recommend Jens for the catering!!!

Used to be ok.... NOW delivery takes up to an hour and 20 minutes..... food is steeped in oil..... they forfet some or the other item.... Forgot rice.... waited another 20 minutes for rice. Disgusting..... dont waste your money.... plenty other good places near....

Denied me delivery because it was 10:00.. meanwhile they accept delivery orders until 10:15. SO MAD! Ive been ordering from them gor years and never been denied delivery. Definitely not happy about this. Laziness is a disease. You dont want to do your job.. go home.
