I love Dairy Queen ice cream, especially there Pecan Mudslides. I was so happy when I realized that a location was opening on Long Island. I have to say I am very disappointed in the ice cream. First off, the Long Island DQ is the first one I have been to that has no clue how to make a Pecan Mudslide. Secondly, the ice cream tastes watery not very creamy which is trademark for Dairy Queen. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are awesome but for ice cream dont bother. Carvel is the place to go to or Friendlys. I hope the ice cream will taste better in the future, and then they put a pecan mudslide on their menu - which should definitely be there to start off. Where ever I travel Dairy Queen is a sweet spot to get Pecan Mudslides. The Vanilla Ice Cream is creamy, then the hot fudge is hot, the caramel is warm and the pecans are a plenty. Its messy and delicious at the same time.

This was the first time my boyfriend and i have ever been to this location and the first time he has ever been to dairy queen and we LOVED it. I got the crispy chicken sandwich combo and he the mushroom and swiss burger. My chicken was a nice size and was sizzling and he said his burger was so juicy and good. we upgraded our drinks to a strawberry banana shake and a orange julius mango pineapple smoothie that the nice cashier happily offered us. i like that they bring the food to the table if you stay. Dont let me forget about the seperate lounge area. Im so glad you guys decided to move up here to new york :) we loved our first experience !!! <3<3

I have been here a ton of times as I love DQ in NJ this one needs to get better ice cream. Their food is ok. Their ice cream is where I give them one star. I have been back and if their dumb staff dont already know people can get sued over false advertising. They advertised a Dr Pepper drink in 2 locations behind the larger booth and before you get into the fast food line. There is no Dr Pepper. This is only one of the many things that upsets me about this particular Dairy Queen. You want better for your hard earned money go to the one in Levittown.

Oh man, Dairy Queen. Your ice cream is delicious but your food is so gross. I saw the line for the drive thru was out of control so I figured I would go inside. It was packed in there as well. We ordered food and it was pretty gross. It was full of grease and the meat was gamey. The ice cream was fantastic though. So, stick with the dairy part of Dairy Queen is my advice.

Went in planning to order a sundae. Also tried to order a hamburger instead only to be told they dont have them on the menu to order. You have to order something else, like a cheeseburger, and then ask them to take everything off. First time I have seen a burger joint not sell hamburgers...and this way they can charge you for all the toppings youre NOT getting!

Usually no issues and always great customer service. This time I went and bought my son a kids hot dog meal. It comes with free ice cream and we never have any complaints but look at how much ice cream we were given. Rip off!!! Its never that little. Guy told me thats the kids cup. Well someone is wrong because we always have had more. Smh

make wait 10 minutes in line charge me 23 for a honey mustard and i was no honey mustard and i request mayo in my sandwich and was no mayo it all onion rings are burn i call to complaint about it nobody pick up the phone what kind of food is this this place is getting old and disgusting i never buy here again.

This place is amazing. My dad takes me and my brother after his hockey games. I love it and it is the only reason I attend his games. I highly recommend the chicken fingers, pretzel sticks, ice cream, and blizzards. Thank u DQ for providing me with the best meals of my life!!!

Would come back. Nothing fancy. Just your typical fast food place but a little different. Has items like hot dogs and cheese curds in addition to the typical hamburger/cheeseburger meals and chicken fingers. Onion rings were tasty. Didnt have desert but it looked good.

Love the menu, drive through is pretty neat but I find the order taking sometimes trying as with 1 of my stops here. Other than that you will find good food, service and prices for the most part! Great for a quick easy meal if you dont want to eat in per se!

DQ is definitely one of my favorites. This location moves through the crowd very well. The food quality here is good but sometimes it can get a sloppy during a rush but it doesnt effect how good it tastes.

Super thick shakes/ice cream, a 5 buck box, and yummy (although a little pricey) ice cream cakes. Drive thru is fast but entrance is tough to see on the fast highway. Its easy to pass this place.

Ordered 3 #1 at $8.29. Looked nothing like picture. No lettuce. No tomato no onion. NO ketchup no mayo. How hard is it to make the #1 thing on the menu. Wont be back.
