Love having a dq finally and understand that it will take a bit of time to get everything running smoothly, however on the several times I have been, I have had issues with the staff in the kitchen....the staff behind the register has always been great, helpful and seemingly trying to do a good job, but the staff making the blizzards has been very unprofessional and gotten my order incorrect almost every time though sometimes caught by the register staff, but this last time when it was virtually empty of other customers, I ordered a blizzard and specified no peanuts and order was entered as a peanut allergy but of course, peanuts were still added and I didnt realize until I began to eat it....which is dangerous...for the cost of the food, which is great when made correctly though quality is already declining, it seems there should not still be staff that are not caring enough to be sure a simple blizzard is correct, as they are typically joking around and making comments that make it obvious they dont care whether they do a good job...or care about pleasing the customers. My little sister worked at Burger King and no one expects first time employees to be perfect, but there should be an attempt to ensure a certain standard of service and accuracy is being achieved so that customers get what they pay for, dont feel as if they are a burden to the staff and dont receive food that could kill them in the case of the peanuts....I never write reviews, but this time I was really bothered that some child could have gotten really sick and when I called to speak to manager they blew me off on the phone. Its a shame that a few of the staff are ruining a good place and will eventually spoil the good workers. Which is being proven by it being empty on a Friday...

Place is great everyone commenting has a bad idea of the place, first Friendlys has closed most of there stores so they are obviously not better, second you should wait on line for multiple orders , third maybe the customer is a moron if they cant spell "ice" on ice cream, how could a kid be a moron for making an "ice" cream if maybe this might be his first job or that the machine that pumped out the "ice" cream isnt calibrated right, maybe everyone should look at life a little better and dont stress on the little things like a visit to a " fast food" restaurant

This is a popular new drive through option.....I did not realize DQ was Dairy Queen! Good for the late night hunger pangs. I had a hot dog which was okay---Nathans has nothing to worry about! The ice cream bar was okay----but I am picky with my ice cream. Visually ---the menu does not appeal to me. What makes me want a cone is the Carvel swirls on a cone. But thats just me. They were pretty busy and very polite and helpful.

I had never been to a DQ before, and I will never return. The staff was rude and not helpful with their own menu. Had to wait in line twice, once for food once for ice cream. Just my daughters meal was $10 after the ice cream. Its all a scam here, you pay restaurant prices for McDonalds type service. Save some cash and goto a Friendlys, cheaper and real service. I wish I could give it a 0 star, Im that disappointed...

Manager has a bad attitude at the late nite drive thru .I just ask to change a drink for something else and this guy blows up on us and then give the wrong food to my friend. we come back around to get the right one and his like that is what we ordered.then was going through the garbage can to look a receipt. just to trying proof us wrong!!!

This place is amazing. There arent any in my area bergen county NJ. I always see the commercials about this place. Gave it a try and the chicken sandwich was amazing. Staff was cool and I get to have ice also, you cant beat that.

staff are very rude. place is dirty. bathrooms are gross. cashiers take forever to take an order. I blame the people teaching them. some red headed boy made my ice cream horribly. gave it to me with Ive cream all over it. moron!

Horrible service. Went there for ice cream and dealt with kids that clearly didnt want to be working. It took forever, was made wrong and they clearly took their time correcting it. I will never go back

Service was horrible. Paid extra for an extra gravy and it was no thicker than water. Thats not an exaggeration. It was gross. And my three pieces of chicken were the smallest Ive ever seen. Horrible.

Food is way expensive, cashiers are dumb, blizzards are like $5 what a ripoff. Horrible place go to taco bell you can get more food for $5 then only get a blizzard here. Bathrooms were gross.

Pulled pork sandwich was very sloppy since sauce was all over bun plus bun was falling apart. Both burgers were overdone again! Blizzard was excellent as usual!
