I like this place. Food is really good with good size portions. Had the dack burger for the second time. Atmosphere is nice with some interesting decor. The service could have been a little more friendly. Customer service is my big issue with any place. The waiter brought me my check before I had even finished my meal. What if I wanted dessert? Felt like I was being rushed out the door. Didnt like that at all. My other friends had gone and had similar experiences with the service. Overall I enjoy going there. Just tighten up the customer service and youre golden.

Food and drinks were subpar at best. Was really expecting much more. Not a horrid experience, but gave me nothing to want to return. Single burger which was only about 5 ounces was $9, had little flavor, a soggy bun, and didnt even come with fries. Fries were an add on item as was the dipping sauces for them. And the milk shakes were super bland with almost no fruit. (I ordered a straeberry) They have a lot to improve on before I even consider returning. - Chef Alan

Had breakfast and it was excellent. Imagine a gourmet approach to diner food. Absolutely blown away by the homemade corned beef hash. I would drive here just to eat this dish. My wife had the sausage gravy & biscuit and it was like nothing Ive ever tasted. Simply amazing. The service was fantastic as well. Save room for desert and consider the largest handmade ice cream sandwich custom crafted on the spot to your liking with choice of cookie and ice cream.

It was ok. I might or might not go back the next time I am in the area. The burger was decent but nothing to brag about. I had the Dack burger (bacon was burnt, cheese overly melted off and light on their sauce they put on it) and fries (fries were really good) and the pickle in the side had a different taste but was good. The people were friendly enough.

We were very disappointed we didnt get to eat here, hours online say 8am-9pm on Wednesdays and we showed up at 9am on a non holiday Wednesday and there was no one there, no signs saying closed etc. I dont normally leave reviews but we heard such great things and had a plan before heading out of town! Not a great impression left for a visitor out of town!

We absolutely love this place! The food is consistently delicious, the staff is efficient and pleasant, and the atmosphere has been great each time weve eaten here. The jalapeño margarita is the best Ive ever had, and the fish tacos are super tasty! The specials are always creative. I have never had a bad meal from the dack Shack. Cant wait to go back!

We loved the food here. We each had something else: red snapper, lobster grilled cheese, lamb lollipops, grilled calamari. Everything was delicious. The drinks are very good and creative as well. They also have a nice selection of tap beer. Highly recommended!

Awesome menu and concept. Homemade white bean veggie burger, lobster roll and BLT are all fantastic and the molasses corn bread is off the charts. Will be back regularly.
