The restaurant is unfriendly towards handicap diners. I have dined in this restaurant with my boyfriend and other friends many times. Generally, the services are slow. My boyfriend had radiation treatment for cancer on his spine/tail bone which resulted that he couldnt sit very long in a restaurant unless the chair is soft couch like. We had to wait very long for our food when we dined there a couple of months ago. Today, we made a reservation for dinner and asked if they would accommodate and let us pre-order his food while we were on our way. We offered to give them the credit number for doing it. They refused to accommodate. We decided not going there anymore. Lacking empathy tells a lot about this restaurant. I would have given it no start if the system allows me to do so.

Great food, great environment, great service. I go with my family (6 of us, with 4 kids under 12), they always accommodate us, and even know our favorite foods and drinks before we even order! I highly recommend, fresh food every time, artistic food display, and once again, great service.

Hard to find, buried in a strip mall, but well worth the effort. Excellent sushi and service. If you order from the hot menu and raw for the same meal, do not expect the items to arrive at the same time. Very family friendly.

One of our high-rotation restaurants. The sushi is very good (but I would rate Kira in Armonk as better), and the other dishes are great. I crave the Singapore thin noodles from time to time.

Well whatever you do, dont eat the short rib appetizer. It will make everything else in your life appear meaningless. I never knew it was possible to love something so much.

Great food. Can be a bit noisy/crowded. They need a better system for takeout--not a crowd at the front desk. But the food is worth it.

Reservations do absolutely nothing here. If you make a reservation for 7:30 expect to be seated by 8:30.
