The crust here is like a thick, stale brick. They slather it in a garlic oil which only makes it greasier. The tomato sauce has little flavor and most of that comes from dried herbs; it also isnt technically tomato sauce, as it has cream in it for some bizarre reason. The cheese is a run of the mill, low quality variety. The whole thing is an inedible, one-way ticket to an upset stomach. The other dishes Ive gotten have been similarly horrible, with the staff seemingly incapable of.draining pasta. The only thing I ever had that was borderline edible was a sandwich (once); even then I didnt finish it. Its scary that a place could open thats worse than the rest of the pizzerias in Goshen, but if that was JonAngelos goal then they succeeded admirably. I cannot comment on the staff but other reviews here cover it. The only reason this place stays open is that they source the lowest level of ingredients, they have little overhead, and some people around here just do not have taste in food. The Italian (what a disgrace) owners were actually trying to franchise this place. Ill take Pizza Hut over this any day--at least there is some nostalgia to go with my agita there...

Horrible! We ordered a specialty thin crust pizza off the menu and my husband even pointed it out to the waitress (she seemed to not be familiar with the menu). She brought us a Sicilian pie, which took forever. And then she argued with us when we told her that we ordered the other. We were so hungry after waiting for almost an hour, with a 2 yr old, that we didnt push to get a new pizza. Our waitress seemed pretty fired up and Im sure whatever manager we spoke with wouldnt be very helpful. The pizza was gross. Bad waitstaff. We wont be back and well be sure to tell our friends why.

I had stopped being a customer years ago when after being seated my table watched the three waitresses have a good ol time talking and laughing with the "manager" who made the not so great pizza. We walked out after waiting 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our presence in the EMPTY dining room and havent been back in 3 years. This review is based on new experience. Recently I gave them another try. Seems like a completely new staff is on hand who are polite and friendly. The food from the kitchen is very good, I did enjoy my food and plan to be back. Much improved keep it up!!

Dont get me wrong, the food is good, but only when they make your order correctly. They are close to our business so it makes an easy choice for doing lunch. On numerous occasions, they screw up the order either by making the wrong thing or by not including all the items that come with a dinner entree. The screw up on my order today was the last straw for me. I will most likely be going elsewhere until the restaurant significantly improves its clerk to kitchen communications. Edit 4/26/13: Ordered 10 wings only received 9. Rating adjusted accordingly.

the food is horrible and the people working their are all jerks. dont get fooled by the way the restaurant looks, everything me and my family eats from their we either get sick or cant finish at how bad it is. im sure the people who rated it "the best pizza in ny" are friends of the owners because their pizza is not even close to mediocre. and everything is extremely overpriced

So greatful they waited for us until 915 when they close at 9. But went to the one in Florida instead of Goshen (the numbers are almost identical) & just said no didnt call here. I would have liked the offer to call in Goshen to verify but we were on our own. Then after a ride to Goshen we realize they didnt give us the Chic. Parm hero. The food was good. Tiramisu not to much

This is horrible they cannot get an order right, everytime you call there is a new girl who seems to not have any idea on how to take a order. Then when you order they get it wrong. The put Vodka sauce all over everything. Its the most disappointing take out. Go to Amories pizza down the block.

Best pizza ever! I dont live the but this weekend I went there to visit my cousin, I was craving for Pizza and we went to this place. Its amazing, their crunchy pizza is the best in town! They were so nice. Im amazed by this place. I loved it !!

Good pizza (brushing the crust with garlic olive oil is a great touch) but order anything besides pizza/rolls/calzones at your own risk. Very friendly staff but can get overwhelmed during Fridays dinner rush.

Food is a hit or miss. Delivery service is even worst. Expect a hour or more on even a week night. This makes the second delivery this month that came cold to our house. Will not be ordering from them again!

Best Pizza in Goshen. I dont live here, but I work here and eat out everyday. Cesar the cook/manager is very nice. Kristen the waitress is also very friendly and remembers her customers.

Ive tried every pizzeria Im Goshen and this by far the best in town! Never had an issue once ordering food and I order there frequently.
