Ive been ordering pizza from Napoli for 5 or more years. Despite the fact their crust is always a little burnt...the pizza isnt bad and it was always a quick delivery. Tonight it was not. Ordered a small pizza for delivery. Was told half an hour. 50 mins later we call back and the guy that answered was short and rude with me but said would be there any minute. 15 mins later we call back and he had to call the driver to see where he was and he actually was on our street at the time. Took almost 75 mins for a delivery. We felt they werent going to come at all.

Tonight my wife and I ordered 3 slices of plain cheese pie to stay. The good: The pizza is nice thin crust and "well done" with a little black on the bottom. Nice and crispy the way crust is supposed to be. The bad: There was so much oil floating on the cheese my wife used napkins to mop it up. I just held my slices up and let it stream off to form pools on my plate. The ugly: You cant just wait for your slices at the counter like at most shops, they ask you to be seated in a dining room where a waitress brings it out to you. READ - TIP.

The worst Cheesesteak sub ever! I ordered a cheesesteak sub and when I got home and opened the foam container (they dont wrap their subs) There was this supermarket style burnt sub roll, dry, it tasted horrible. It looked like someone made it at home with frozen sandwich steak. I am so angry I wasted my money on this crap. I will never come here again.

Our office always ordered from here, but their customer service is HORRENDOUS. The owners name is Alex I believe, and he was a complete JERK every single time we order. Never again!! We will be taking our business to a place that serves their food with respect to their customers. Save your money. Food isnt worth it, I promise you.

We are friends with a college student from Stockton and the ladies working the front were rolling their eyes as we walked in. We were all separate and didnt think that was such an issue. We also wanted eat in and it looked like it was a problem. Very poor customer service. At least the food was good.

Great food and polite Service....but 10:30 AM opening is disingenuous.....have called several times around their posted opening time, causes nothing but confusion and conflict that I can hear from my side of phone. If Not really ready to serve until 11:00AM....change your posting and say so.

Not only did they send me a raw pie but when I returned it the guy was a jerk and they put it where they serve the single slices like they were gonna try to re sell it, gross. They used to be good a couple years ago but I have been dissapointed for the past year, not going back again.

Excellent margherita pizza and salad pizza. I gave it 4 stars because the waitress could have been more accomodating. Customer service needs improvement...Even a smile would help. Everything else was outstanding!
