My family and I visited this store after walking through Forest Park. It was fall so I chose a pumpkin cupcake with cream frosting. The frosting was not overly sweet or firm. It had delicate flavors of nutmeg. The pumpkin cake was very flavorful and again, not overly sweet. The two were paired quite well with one another. I also very much enjoyed their selection of books you can peruse while you sip your coffee (which was pretty mediocre, by the way). I was looking at a book from the late 70s on touring the British Isles. It was a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Cupcakes: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Atmosphere: 4 stars Coffee: 3 stars

GAHHHHH! Why are you located so far awaaaay :( The first time I had these cupcakes were at a Google event held in Queens Museum and they were probably the best cupcakes Ive ever had. We were able to try two types the hibiscus milk and mango. The hibiscus was similar to a tres lech cake with a hint of floral, not overpowering so it didnt taste like soap. Mango was my favorite and I inhaled 5 of the little mini cupcakes in a single sitting - totally ashamed but it was WORTH IT! Ive already put in a request to family and friends to get my birthday cake from here LOL

Over the past few years Mahalo has become my favorite place for treats of all kinds, from tasty Ice Cream, mouth-watering Cupcakes and delicious coffee to their extraordinary specially prepared cakes, which have become my "go to" for holidays and special occasions. They are truly special, crafted with great care and lots of love. The staff in particular deserves recognition, from owner Sunita to all the wonderful people who work there. It is indeed the friendliest business Ive ever encountered. Give it a try; Im sure youll be back for more.

Absolutely the best bakery for all occasions, best cupcakes and cakes hands down. Very cute and spacious location in Glendale, Queens, NY. They also moonlight at the Long Island City Flea Market and the Queens Night Market. Any of the flavors of the cupcakes can me made into full size cakes with just a short notice or you can just show up with you idea and the baker, Sue will design it for you, she is truly and artist. Best ice cream, American old fashion churned and flavors you wont find anywhere else.

It is the ABSOLUTE BEST BEST BEST BEST BAKERY I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I SWEAR EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING is delish. Money here is no option for me. I have never been to any other bakery ever again after I found this place. Cupcakes, cakes, pies, you name it and SCORE... RIGHT ON THE MONEY. I dont know how they do it but it is the greatest ever. Do try I promise you, you will not regret it.

Great cupcakes and friendly service. Feels like old New York with the authenticity that has been lost with the bearded transplants. Highly recommend the raspberry chocolate cupcakes! They also take special orders for the holidays.
