I called in a surprise cake delivery to a friend living in Douglaston. Not being from (or even physically being in) the area, I did a little research and decided to give Red Lotus a try. The staff worked with me to design a cake over the phone, followed through with delivery, and as a bonus the recipient was impressed with the quality of the cake! I had put my trust in Red Lotus and they went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend

Worst customer service...In the morning, the older counter lady seems like she just does not want to be there and she make sure you know it. Never going back, and the pastries were mediocre too

Good place to grab a bite of fresh bakery goods. Bread and cakes are affordable and taste good. They serve entrees for lunch and dinner.
