Places like this validate why Starbucks is so successful; the workers made us feel like we were inconvincing them by coming in. One worker actually said "ugh, we should have just closed early" when I asked for a simple espresso. Took 10 minutes and 3 employees to make 5 coffees; whats worse is that the coffee was worse than Dunkin Donuts. Cookies were good, though the employee almost had a break down when we ordered an odd number of cookies; I didnt realize that orders had to be in multiples of 2. Maybe it was just an off day, but it was enough to get me to write a bad review and never go back; based upon how often I actually review, thats really saying something. With any luck theyll be a new venue in that spot the next time we drive by.

I was disappointed when comparing my favorite pastries from the Buttercooky on Jericho to the same pastries I ordered at this location. I ordered my favorites- pistachio mousse and ganache covered red velvet which are usually perfect. The red velvet was similar but the pistachio was disappointing. It wasnt light, was too sweet and wasnt enjoyable. More like what Id expect from other bakeries but not what I expected with my always going to the Jericho location. Overall this is still a good bakery but not the 5 stars I give to my favorite Buttercooky location. Also the staff wasnt nearly as friendly. Girls looked annoyed and Im use to the staff being extremely kind and genuinely happy on Jericho.

i also did not know what to expect from this manhasset bakery. they have such an extensive amount of baked goods that i did not think it possible that they were all good. on top of that, theyre kosher--an oddity in manhasset. im happy to report that the cakes, cookies and biscotti are absolutely delicious. theyre moist, chewy, crunchy--everything that you could hope for in a dessert. im really happy to have found this bakery. it can compete with baked to perfection or st. honore any day.

Came across this bakery as I was running an errand in Manhasset, Ny ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS CAKES AND PASTRIES! AND THE CANOLI ARE THE BEST IVE HAD... and since, this is where I purchase my pastries and cakes wether its a especial occasion or not:) or just when I crave something sweet. I FORGOT TO MENTION ITS A KOSHER BAKERY SO I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY DAUGHTERS FRIENDS NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE IT... *GREAT HELPFUL STAFF WHEN NOT TOO BUSY. WHICH IS UNDERSTOOD GOT TO BE REALISTIC!

Every time I come here its consistently good! Pastry and cakes cant get better for what your Getting This is not a French bakery if you expect one But its a mixture of everything great in pastry There cakes pies etc works of art Why they bother to make breads I guess to Complete the bakery look nothing to write home About There is nothing on Long Island that comes close To this fantastic bakery

Amazing desserts and a huge selection of classic pastries. They made a custom cake for our daughters 16th birthday and it was beautiful and delicious. Very happy with the results.
