The fact that there was a call placed on the day of the event to say the order couldnt be completed (after it was placed days in advance with a deposit) we stood in the line outside for nearly 45 minutes then inside the bakery for another 45 for the order to be wrong, they ran out of beef for the cocktails which were pre-ordered days in advance, the cupcakes needed to be redone which was an additional 15 minute wait and no-one seemed to know what was going on. People did enjoy the cupcakes even though I didnt taste them. A little more organization would do wonders.

Only put one but wish it could be zero. After ordering a red a white decorated black cake. I was given a purple cake. Which completely wrecked the team of my event. No soliloquies from the staff. No offering to fix the error. Jus blank faces. I will never use their services again warning !!!

Went there to pick up a cake that was ordered the young lady at the front attitude was horrible. The most horrendous customer service Ive ever experienced. It doesnt even matter what the cake taste like. Spend your money where it is appreciated.
