04/01/17 around 7:30, Por primera vez entre aeste lugar y será el último. Cheque los reviews y me pareció un Buen lugar para cenar. Entre y pedî una orden de enchiladas de mole poblano, el mesero me pregunto de que las queria y yo dije de Queso fresco, le pregunte si las había de Queso fresco y enseguida fue a la cocina a preguntar y la respuesta fue que SÎ, cuando me trajo la orden empeze a comer y me di cuenta que no era queso fresco, era otro tipo de queso. Deje de comer, le dije al mesero que eso no era queso fresco, le pedí que hablara con él manager sobre mi orden y después pedi mi cuenta, nadie se digno a pararse a mi mesa para ver qué fue lo que sucedió. Pagué la cuenta completa, no comí a gusto y ninguna disculpa por el error que ellos cometieron.

Okay, I REALLY dont understand the reviews for this place... the food tastes horrible! I really dont get how people can find the food anything other than bland, I seriously dont get it, the meat was NOT seasoned, just bad and tasteless, even with onions/peppers. The tortillas are frozen and horrible, they are only reheated and too puffy, not the thin kind, so you have like this soft, air pocket-filled & plushy tasteless tortilla which you have to fill w/bland meat and peppers. Gross Their guacamole was AWFUL - again tasteless - also, they seem to provide you with their own special salsas, which I did not enjoy whatsoever. At this point, I gave up, so I didnt repeat for third time that I wanted just ONE authentic tomato based (regular) salsa. I mean, do they honestly not serve it or something? Its a Mexican place, where are the flavors - even for the three dipping sauces - again, tasteless. Also, the Pork dish, only BONES and potatoes, like WTF? The steak, dry/tasteless. The calamari - HORRIBLE sauce and HORRIBLY seasoned! The breading they use is odd and tangy (it tasted WAY too bitter), it is unlike any calamari I have EVER had ANYWHERE (Japanese, Thai, etc etc). You have been warned - and dont act like we dont know good food when we see it, presentation isnt the only thing that counts - these photos do not capture the bland flavors and poor ingredients. Ive enjoyed Cozymels, but this place? Zero Flavor.

Not just another Mexican Restaurant. If you live in Jackson Heights, you know there is basically at least one Mexican restaurant in every corner. Juquila is nothing compared to the restaurants surrounded by it. The moment you walk in you feel the different ambience this place has. First time I came to this place, I was thrown off by the chips and beans they put on the table, since everywhere else its always the basic chips and salsa. Im trying to work myself through the whole menu, everything I order is always delicious; from the most basic thing like tacos to the grilled skirt steak they have on their specials sometimes. Bottom line is, dont waste your time walking around Jackson Heights for good mexican food. Just go to Juquila and I guarantee you, you wont be disappointed. Oh, and I recently heard they just opened their second location in Astoria. I have yet to go but I know it will be just as great or maybe even better!

El servicio muy bueno..no hay por decir algo. .pero el problema que hoy estuve hay ordene un especial del día que fue un chicharrón con guajillo. ..y el chicharrón estaba pasado. .con un sabor raro. .y la mesera llamo al gerente. .el gerente se disculpo y dijo. ..pueden ordenar algo más pero aun así el cobro lo que eran aun así que regresamos el plato ..sin a verlo comido. .bueno es algo injusto pagarlo ...

Este si es un auténtico restaurante mexicano, la comida es exquisita y precios muy accesibles, el que parece ser el nuevo bartender sirve unos tragos de lujo, nos recomendo margaritas que no estan en el menu y fueron las mejores de mi vida, el unico detalle es ese, deben ampliar su drink menu, si van lo mejor es sentarse en la barra, la pasas chevere y no hay tema que no conozca el bartender

I love the food here , of course every Mexican restaurant has their own specialty in any course meal , but overall it is good every type of Mexican city has its own flavors , since the name is "JUQUILA" , I believe they are from Oaxaca , Mexico . Overall great food and drinks . OVERALL , I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY A YOUNG CHICK ANSWERED THE PHONE IN SUCH TONE , I ASKED WHAT IS THE SPECIAL FOR TODAY , SHE LEFT ME SPEECHLESS WHEN SHE READ EVERY ITEM QUICKLY IGNORED ME TO SLOW DOWN . AFTER I ASKED OKAY THANKS ILL CALL BACK SHE SAID " UGH, OK" I DIDNT CATCH HER NAME EITHER BUT THAT IS NO WAY YOU SHOULD TALK TO A CUSTOMER . ANY WAYS I DID WANT TO ORDER FROM THERE , SO I CALLED AGAIN , I GAVE HER MY NUMBER AND EVERYTHING BUT THE AUDACITY TO SAY "OH ITS YOU AGAIN" DISQUSTING - she sounded young thats all I can say but so RUDE !

Mal Servicio porque yo pedí una quesadilla y pedí que me la trajeran sin vegetales y sin nada más que la la tortilla y el queso y me trajeron con todo lo opuesto me lo trajeron con salsa me trajeron con vegetales todo todo mal y yo había visto los Reviews y pensaba que era un buen lugar pero no vuelvo a ir

I use to like this restaurant, service , food and the ambient in general but yesterday like other days, most of the times I go with friends but today I went alone so i got a corona and chiles rellenos, i was enjoying the meal, when I saw something black in the dish, it was weird to me so I get closer to the plate and guess what, a cockroach!!!!! I get in shock literally. I talked to the waitress then she called to a girl I supposed was the Manager which understood what was happening then she apologize, she asked if I want something else, I was like

I have to say not only is it beautiful from the inside but the food is amazing , there is no Mexican spots around that are this good , if you live around and youve tried all the Mexican spots you know this is the one , the drinks as well , everybody is friendly , Ive got to meet the managers and they are very nice always on point and always keeping their customers happy , I hope to one day run into the man himself of this amazing beautiful place , they also got a new spot in LIC , i hope and wish them the very best !

Comida muy rica con un sabor autentico y Mexicano como deve de ser el sabor de un restaurant de comida Mexicana y las personas que trabajan asistiendo a los clientes son amables y todo el tiempo preguntando si necesita uno algo mas. Exelente.

Probably one of my top favorite mexican restaurant to go to in Queens! Not only do they serve authentic Mexican food, yet the environment is very welcoming. I had their pozole not too long ago and it was the most absolute fresh Pozole ive ever had! I do have to say that it does get a bit busy during the weekends and you will be expected to wait a bit, but its totally worth it. Whoever visits this place wont be disappointed.
