This god awful blight upon the land has no business calling itself a restaurant. Lets start with the decor. Im sure there are people out there who enjoy peeing while looking at alternating photos of naked children and rotting statue faces, but I am not one of them. Im also not a fan of the "throw everything at the wall that looks vaguely Italian or 50s themed." I can, however, forgive bad decor. How about service? How about waitresses who are too tired to serve you because theyve been running between multiple parties of 8+ people. Forget drink refills, forget special requests, and forget having a friendly smile. Bottom marks. How about food? The bruschetta we got had clearly been frozen and thawed, for the tomatoes were grainy and flavorless. The main dishes were lukewarm at best, cheese not actually melted in some dishes and pasta not fully cooked in others. However, all of the chicken was hard as tack, and could have been used to drive in nails to hang more chintzy crap on the walls. The only flavor I tasted was the burst of a few peas in the dish. We didnt make it to dessert, didnt have cocktails or wine, but still wound up with a bill that made me gawk. I cant believe the price theyre charging for pasta and sauce with a smattering of meat in between. I will go to any other Italian restaurant over this.

We we out for an early dinner and our experience was one of the worst weve had in a very long time. First off we were never given silverware. We placed an order for a small chicken parm to share. The waiter asked if we would like a side of pasta. We said yes and he offered spaghetti marinara to which we agreed. Another waiter brought out our meal and it was at this time we had to request silverware. Our waiter didnt return until more than halfway through the meal to ask if we needed anything. The chicken was undercooked. After we finished we sat and wait for the check. My boyfriend eventually went to go find the waiter to request it. Once we received the bill the waiter charged us for a small chicken parm and a small spaghetti marinara, not the side of spaghetti as requested. The mistake was pointed out to the manager named John. Instead of correcting the misunderstanding he told us there was nothing he could do. Extremely unprofessional. Will definitely voicing my negative opinion about Buca di Beppo.

I was very disappointed. I made reservations a week ahead of time for a table. We had a party of 8 with a toddler for my sons birthday. They sat us in a booth that was way too small so we were crammed, especially when the food came. We were right under the heating vents and we were boiling! The drink and appetizer service was quick so by the time we realized how uncomfortable we were going to be we didnt want to disturb the diners around us by asking for another table and having to move everybody and everything out. We used their email coupon for a free small pasta dish that I presented to the server when ordering. The waitress brought us a large pasta accidentally and then on checkout charged us for half of it. On the up side the food was good. We ordered cannolis for desert but ended up taking them to go home as it took a half hour to get them and we just couldnt stand the heat anymore. I probably wont go back.

Thanks to SUPER CAROL....we celebrated my daughter Mary Annes birthday in Style! She saw to every detail -- to ensure that things went well (even though I did not tell her we were coming!!!). As a Manaager she checked the reservations and say my name -- and wow!!! Carol is certainly on TOP of things as this restaurant!!! She met my granddaugter and I at the door -- helped us carry in our "loot" and took care of the cake, etc. SUPER SMOOTH AND WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY for my daughter thanks to Carol and the staf at Buca. Thank you so very much. You bring good things to life!!! Maureen Lundberg

I waited with my family for a 30 minutes for a table. That kind of wait where other people came in and got seated first. The wait staff did not seem well trained. Our waiter didnt seem to know the food and offered no suggestions. After taking our order he disappeared only to be seen again bringing the wrong food after a long wait. Waitress working the next two tables was very attentive. Food was really nothing special. Management knew the meal was horrible. The manager took 20% off and I didnt have to ask. Will not be back.

the worst meal ever. the sauce is sooooo sweet, it was like eating pure corn syrup. the rest of the food without sauce was so salty, it took quarts of water to rescue from it. the service was terrible also. we ordered four large plates which came out in 5-10 minute intervals. the manager was totally unapologetic, claiming there was nothing he could do about "corporate recipes". We will never go there again, and will make a point to encourage others not to patronize this restaurant.

We celebrated my mothers 77th birthday. A party of 10 people. The food was excellent. Served family style with generous portions The seating was roomy and comfortable. The walls were covered with many interesting photos of dignitaries, celebrities and everyday people. The service was prompt and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Buca Di Beppo for a memorable family special occasion. Two thumbs up to Tim Rossi and his staff. Thanks for job very well done!

A decent chain restaurant, with OK Italian inspired food. Couldnt find much authentic cooked to order Italian dishes. All of the dishes we ordered had a distinctive heat and serve flavor. The only dish we found to be fresh and somewhat made to order was the chop salad. Though the dressing did taste prepared. This location is in the heart of a very busy commercial area, filled with various businesses and chain restaurants. Service was good and wait time was OK.

Decor was love it or hate it. I was more on the hate it side. Food quality was well below average. Id rather go to Olive garden and I dont like Olive garden. The family style thing is a pain in the rear because everybody wanted something different and the prices are quite high because of it. salad was mush and not real fresh. Theres a lot of better options for sure. It was packed in this Saturday though so I guess others like it

The manager was very welcoming, oh my goodness our server was Tayvon such a sweet/handsome young man. He was extremely nice to my daughter who was celebrating her birthday. The food was delicious we enjoyed. We definitely enjoy even the price was great. I recommend anyone seeing this post to Visit this Resturant you will never regret that you did. Im looking forward to going back there for my other daughters birthday in August.

Showed up for Mothers Day, waited to avoid crowds, showed up at 830 to have finner, closed sign on door. Asked a server why and was given attitude and told it was a holiday. Mentioned wexeoukd be giving a bad review and was told in a jumped up manner" you hotvyp do what you gotta do". Spent over $400 this week on dinner while on a work trip. They wont get another dine from me"
