This location needs to hire competent staff who answer the phone and pack food for take out orders. Shame on me for ordering from here several times to bring food home during football because EVERY TIME the order was wrong. They either forgot an item, gave a wrong appetizer or gave the wrong type of wings(which is the most frequent). Their "simple" response when calling to let them know they once again have messed up your order(they didnt even have my name right and couldnt find my order to pull up) they ask if you will be coming to pick up your correct item. Yes, in the middle of the game I want to drive back there to switch a mistake. I told the manager I wont be ordering from there anymore due to my orders consistently causing me to drive back or take a credit and gave the credit to a friend. When I pointed out that the girl Alexa whom took my order didnt even get my name right let alone my order I was told "football is on and were very busy". Yes thank you, I know football is on which I why I ordered from you and people in my house are not eating because no one wants to leave their house in the middle of football. Their staff can not handle multitasking. I suggest they train their staff more aggressively on the difference in wings, I mean, it is a wing place and that IS THEIR JOB.

Came here a couple of times with friends. Great experience, waiter was absolutely amazing. Things to order from the menu, Wings are the way to go. I prefer boneless, but bone wings are just as great. As a person who loves spice, habanero, and desert heat for you. I personally can not recommend the thai curry because I think its a bit on the bitter side, but thats my opinion. For the more general people, parmesan garlic is always a favorite. The decor and environment is very sports bar like, as it should be. It has a bunch of projectors and televisions for major sporting events, which really brings in the customers, especially on game nights and the Superbowl. The waiter we got was extremely nice, and pleasant to talk to, didnt even feel like a waiter, more like an associate or stranger at a bar. We talked about sports, jobs and joked around. We came a little before happy hour, so our service was extraordinary, and the waiter literally had almost nothing to do but wait on us. Overall, good experience, never had a bad one at this place. Tip for Stony Brook University Students, 10% discount with student ID.

Loved your wings and stuff, however, if your going to talk your customers into ordering plain wings with the sauce on the side, because "its better..it lets people choose their own sauce and how much", then make sure, especially when its Super Bowl and 150 wings have been ordered, make sure, you give people more than 7 tiny little sample size sauces. I mean, seriously?? 150 wings, there should have been 7 of those little cute cup-lets of sauce per tray!! I had 3 trays of 50 wings each. And it sucks, because they were good wings!!! Maybe next year, let people know what theyre getting when you talk them into "sauce on the side" But now I learned...next year, youll be saucing my wings for me...

Ive only been to Buffalo Wild Wings a few times in my life but I must say every time I go, I love it. Theres a huge selection of things you could get there and an amazing and hard to choose selection of sauces. The sauces go from sweet to mild to very spicy and thats whats great, almost anyone can go there and still find something they like. The atmosphere is very favorable and especially to sports fans since they usually have sports games on the tvs. I remember them having some arcade games as well that are amusing and overall, the service is very well put together! They dont keep you waiting too long for food and the decorations are nice.

We ordered a sampler, without mushrooms. So I asked if I could have the mushrooms replaced with something because im allergic 2 mushrooms. I was told do 2 corporate takeover, that the corporate doesnt alow them 2 replac Debbie Ithe mushrooms on my dish with something else instead of mushrooms. Where do they do that at. So I give my Buffalo Wild Wings a two and a half I do believe this is Lake Grove or Centereach somewhere

The wings are simply good there isnt any contention about that , the service can be improved though. It is crowded all the time whether it be a monday or saturday. On the weekends it is a mad house and expect a wait about 45 minutes for to go wings so call ahead and you should be fine. Im personally not too fond of some of the flavors such as parmesan garlic but habanero and caribbean jerk i think are simply awesome

I LOVE ALL THE FLAVORS FOR THE WINGS! ASIAN ZING and MANGO HABANERO MY FAVS! I was a student near here so sometimes its just fun to just pop on by to a local joint and just be loud and crazy. PLUS, so much better than campus food. Not a big fan of the other foods there but wings are definitely awesome! I love the ambiance of this place. Its so fun! Me and my friends always have random cravings for these wings!

I got an order to go and they gave me boned wings when I ordered boneless wings. Also no blue cheese dressing and 1 box of wings was missing ANY sauce. I wont be picking up food from there in the future.. I dont feel like that I should have to double check my order for $40 worth of food that I can get at other local places. Not worth the trouble to call them to exchange.

Always a good experience. The kids love it! The new trivia game on the game pads is fun and encourages a great family competition. The service for our last trip was great as well. The food has yet to disappoint. The beer selection fits a number of tastes and is reasonably priced. This has become a regular option for good food and atmosphere for our family.

Havent been here in a few years; got a hankering for some Garlic Parmesan wings; Mild. Not sure I got exactly what I ordered, plus there was some heat to the sauce; Id say they were Medium. Im pepper-sensitive, and dont like spicy foods, which these wings were. I mentioned this to our Server, and she confirmed what I had ordered. Disappointed.

Ive eaten here just once, but the food was miserable. The cut of the chicken was barely meant for human consumption, and it was served haphazardly in the manner youd expect a poorly trained 16 year old chef to hastily slap together. The wait staff wasnt much better, either. Avoid if you can at all costs.

I did not enjoy my time eating here honestly a waste of time.I suggest you do not stop to eat here l.Im confused on to how this place is even still open,they should be shut down the burgers are charcoal black from being burned.If I could I would even rate it lower than 1 the fries alone were terrible.

Absolutely horrible. Bathroom was disgusting. Photos attached. Two different beer sizes were charged the same price. No alcohol prices were listed. The only information we were given is that the specials beer is $1 off. I would not give the one star if I had an option to give 0.
