The food is decent when done right. I have now ordered twice for carry out, placing my orders at least an hour or two ahead, and both times my food was not ready when I arrived. Normally I could look on the bright side and say, hey, at least its super fresh, but that is not the case. Besides the fact that my loaded fries only had some cheese and fresh tomatoes on top (what???), they were cold and limp. Same goes for my wings. they were rubbery and under cooked with a drizzle of tossin sauce on one side of each wing. Oddly enough though, it isnt the food that has caused me to write this review. It is the service which is TERRIBLE! My most recent visit was the trigger. I stood before the to-go counter patiently, face to face with the hostess there and she did not acknowledge me once in ten minutes. The two hostesses whom were in charge of seating the dine-in patrons smiled awkwardly at me a few times, but neither of them said a word as the take-out hostess answered the phone and walked in and out of the kitchen, ignoring myself and my mother all the while. Mind you, it was pretty busy, BUT it is common practice in customer service to acknowledge your customers with a Hello, Ill be right with you. ESPECIALLY if that customer greets you first. Finally, when the hostess walked away for the second time, I asked the other two ladies if I could get some help. One of them apologized and took my name, but did not even bother to go into the kitchen to check on my order, instead, she looked briefly at the computer screen before returning to her station to help the customer whom had just walked into the building. I was two seconds from walking out when the manager approached (older man in street clothes),and asked if I was being helped. I told him that I wasnt sure, but that Id been waiting for ten minutes for my to go order. He said nothing. He only asked my name and then told me that my order wasnt ready yet. We finally got our COLD food about twenty minutes after the pick up time, and I left. I am pretty disappointed because I wanted to like this place, but if the staff dont care about the people whom are making their paychecks possible, I do not care to spend my money there again.

This was the 2nd time we have eaten at this establishment. The first time was to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. We sat at the front waiting to be seated for almost 5 minutes and had employees walking right by us. Finally we were seated and we ordered. We ordered an appetizer to share and 2 dinners. The appetizer was brought out and despite the fact that we told the waiter to not bring out the dinners too quickly, they were brought out before we were done with our appetizer. The dinners were luke warm and dry. We did not go back for 9 months. Last weekend we decided to give them a try for their all you can eat wings. We normally go to Buffalo Wild Wings and they actually had the same special for all you can eat wings but we wanted to try the flavors from Smokey Bones, for a change. When we got there we waited about a minute or 2 and we were seated. The waiter seemed nice enough and attended to our needs. The wings were disgusting. They were overcooked, actually they were burnt and dry. They did not put much, if any sauce on them even though we asked for extra sauce. They did not have the parm/garlic wings available, so the choices were limited. All of the sauces were extremely salty and kept trying to find a flavor that didnt make me feel sick to my stomach. Finally I gave up and requested the check. The waiter seemed sorry for our experience but did not offer to have a manager come speak to us. This was most certainly the last time we will be dining at Smokey Bones.

I came to the restaurant for dinner with 2 friends expecting a great experience unfortunately it took 10 minutes from when we were seated before someone came to our table to ask for our drink order. Interestingly the hostess came for the order as I think she either felt bad for us or noticed the flashing light from the ziosk terminal at our table requesting a server for such a long duration. Our actual server eventually came to the table with no apology for absence despite us seeing her at the next table chatting. I ordered the brisket, which was ok, not as flavorful as I would have expected. I would have given them 2 stars but at the end of our meal, we asked for the check to be split evenly 3 ways, with each of us providing a credit card. While she did split the check 3 ways, she charged 2 of the bulls to one persons card, resulting in my other friend not having to pay. At least he was pleased with that. Its highly unlikely we will come back.

I have attempted to eat at this location on three separate occasions. First time I was sat and it took one hour for our appetizers to come out. Second time it took 20 minutes for our server to ask us for drinks. The 3rd time was on June 3 2016 we attempted to eat there again during lunch but the store was so under staffed for a 3rd time. We were so rushed to our table after waiting 5 minutes. (there was no one waiting in front of us), We decided to leave. It has been 3 times we visited your establishment and every time your under staffed, makes us feel unappreciated. To the GM you need to staff your restaurant better. Three times understaffed unacceptable. I have tried to contact your complaint department 4 separate times as well, no response back I will be contacting Ryan Esko CEO personally tomorrow. Thank you Smoky Bones for the aggravation we will be sticking with Applebees for now on.

I went to this location 5 times, and four times my food was incorrectly cooked and had to be refired. As a former restaurant manager I am appalled at the mistakes made by the back of the house. Managers are not visible and do not walk the floor as they should. If you cant cook food properly than you shouldnt. Sell ice cream instead. You make medium rare, well done. You make bar drinks and appetizers arrive later than any place I have ever been and I am talking off peak hours. If you are a "Barbeque" restaurant and you cant even cook the ribs properly, than what do you do well? I still recommend that you serve just deserts, but I have a feeling that the cooks would screw that up too. Without the food, all you are left with is the tattooed covered, baseball hat wearing, unkempt servers, non existent floor managers and drinks that never arrive. Thats a lethal combination. Eater beware!

Well decided to visit it again after not going for years and it was something different. Honestly now i know why I never bothered to go. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger with side of fries. Wait took a little while but it was on a busy Saturday night so it was understandable. But once i received my food i was horribly disappointed. The Bun was a decent size but the Chicken was tiny as hell. it also was a little to dry to say the least. Also out other friends order was over cooked to almost burnt and there side order of Mac And Cheese wasnt to spectacular either. They ended up taking the food back and mentioned they were going to take it off the bill. But once we got the bill it was never removed, Sneaky. So wont be arriving back again anytime soon.
