Ordered over the phone today and the lady that was very rude. Had food deliver to my job and it came in estimated time. My problem when i looked over my order and part of it was missing. I ordered the speciaL combo: general tsao chicken. It was suppose to come with 2 pieces of fried chicken, fried wonton, general tsao chick and pork fried rice. The chicken was missing from my order.. i called the resturant back and rude lady answered again.. i explained to her the problem nicely and she rudely told me that my order was right and that it doesnt come with chicken. I then told her that the menu clearly says 2 pieces of chicken. I heard paper rattling over the phone like she was reviewing the menu followed by complete silence on her part. I said hello do you see it and received a dial tone instead of a response. Yes she hung up on me!!! I will never order from here again!!!!

Not sure why theres so many bad reviews. I wouldnt judge this place by reviews from "a few years ago". The woman on the phone was patient with me when I asked questions, price was reasonable, food was delivered in a timely manner especially for how far I live from them and it was hot and tasted great! I was leery at first because of so many low reviews, but this is why I always try places out for myself. We ordered shrimp with garlic sauce, sweet and sour chicken, chicken lo mein, crab rangoon, pint of vegetable fried rice and a 2 liter of soda all for delivery came to $38. The platters that the food comes in are great too, reusable for work lunches! Ive always hated when places that give you the tins that you cant heat up in the microwave.

AWFUL first and last time. Surprised at how bad the General Tso was, soggy and gross. We had to broil the chicken in an oven ourselves. After 20 minutes of it in the broiler, it was still soggy. Which can only mean one thing: the chicken was low-grade junk. Then we opened up the fried rice. Come on, people. Not a shrivel of egg, no carrots, no peas... what is this crap? Feel sick after eating this junk. We will never eat there again.

In August, we visited Buffalo. There was a menu of this restaurant in our hotel. We ordered some carry-out dishes from this restaurant. It was HORRIBLE!! The meat was totally ROTTEN. For half of the food we ordered, we could not eat at all. I was so disappointed and so angry and I called them immediately. As expected, they denied their meat was rotten. This is the worst restaurant one ever can image. NEVER NEVER go to this restaurant!!!

Ordered the general tso and the sesame chicken, but what I got was chicken that tasted like it had been quickly rolled around in duck sauce. Super sweet and syrupy. The only difference between the two is that theyd put sesame seeds on top of mine. Other than that the dishes looked and tasted the same. I dont recommend eating here, especially when there are other better Chinese restaurants literally on the same street.

Had better, had worse. First time not receiving sweet & sour sauce with our crab rangoons. Always thought that was a given. Charged extra to use Visa/MasterCard merchant. Rangoons, rice and low mien were good. General Tsos was mediocre. Win some, lose some - roll the dice and best of wishes to ya!!!

Ordered delivery online.. it came extremely fast. Good was hot. So far, the best wontons around, was missing an egg roll which is ok because thats the only thing we didnt like. Good rice and lo mien!

I just go to this place because its the only Chinese restaurant I know serving honey barbeque wings and it is sssoooo good! Not the best looking but the food is cheap and you wont be disappointed.

Having been raised on the West Coast, phenomenal Chinese take-out is taken for granted. Why doesnt Buffalo seem to have *any* halfway decent Chinese food?!

The chicken was over cook and the rice was old you can tell that it was day old food. Never again will I eat there!!!!!!
