This restaurant comes with authentic food and good price, but awful service and inadequate sanitary condition. You will have to chase the servant to order your food and they will never come to your table, nor will they give you a single glass of water. I assumed that this restaurant comes with no service but when I check they are soliciting for tip. They behave very bad when I reject giving tip. If you are coming, assuming no service and add 15% to the price. However, their prices are tax-included. The very large spoons are used for Yunnan soup noodles, but you might want to wash it before using it: I saw a little black dirt-like spot on mine. 过桥米线正宗，即便按照中国的标准味道都是不错的。美中不足：由于是塑料碗，水温不高，无法把乌鸡彻底烫透。 服务则非常糟糕，必须追在服务员屁股后头跑着点菜，不然她永远也不会来，而且服务员还会一边给你点菜一边打电话。无茶无水无任何服务，除了把一碗米线和一碗煲汤端到你边上以及最后收碗。吃完结账竟然向我索要小费！即便是曼哈顿华埠都没有那家饭馆敢这样服务然后还要小费（曼哈顿华埠的小费索要能力在全纽约非亚裔社群中可是出了名的耸人听闻）。而且如果你拒付小费服务员还会跟你耍小性子！按这饭馆的味道本来是要五星好评的，没想到吃一肚子饭还能吃一肚子气。

First-timer for Yunnan cuisines. Definitely delicious but not as special as I thought it would be. Had the crossing bridge rice noodles. Its chicken broth based rice noodle with silkie, pork, bean sprouts. Ingredients come raw in small plates first, then they deliver hot broth to add the ingredients in for you. Rice noodle go in last. Good portion and I can imagine how wonderful having it during winter. Ordered side dish of Jews ear with chili oil. $3.75 and that portion is bigggg. 第一次吃過橋米線，感覺跟米苔目蠻像的只是雞湯底沒有柴魚還是蝦仁味而已。冰的豬肉、烏骨雞先上桌，然後熱湯來了服務生會把料放進去燙，燙熟了再加進米線。味道好份量足，冬天吃應該會很爽。點了盤辣油黑木耳才3.75可是分量十足。

Love this place. I started eating at this place when it was a hall in the wall. The owners moved to this current location and I followed. It is one of the best noodle places in Brooklyn and very reasonable priced. I come here at least once a week. The reviews are accurate. Crossing the bridge noodle is my favorite. My friend loves the beef stew noodle. When we are extra hungry we order the hot and sour dumplings too. So Yummy!

Only place in NYC can you find Crossing the Bridge Noodle. Most delicious Nuuuudoooo located in Flushing, only Yunans Crossing the Bridge Noodle in Brooklyn. The dish is beautifully executed. Ingredients came all separate. Server will mix the food in front on the customer or else it wouldnt be call Crossing the Bridge Noodle. Must need to experience it. Love their hot ans sour dumplings too.

PERFECT cross bridge rice noodles! I have yet to find another place, in America, that serves this dish! Another reviewer said there was no water/tea served, but I didnt find that to be the case. Just like any restaurant in Yunnan we were seated and immediately served water while we ordered. The noodles were great and the broth was amazing. Tasted just like being in Yunnan!

Terrible service; what kind of Chinese restaurant doesnt serve tea or water? Went there to try their famous crossing bridge noodle because I fell in love with it when I tried the actual dish in Yunnan, China. Very disappointing and overpriced, cannot replicate the same experience. Nothing but a large bowl of MSG crap. Id rather get pho instead.

Where I lived in NY in 2011, I used to go to this place all the time. Back then, it was a hole in the wall. The owner said that her old customers who had moved out of state would go back to her restaurant when they were back in town. I thought she was just bragging. This year, I became one of those customers :).

AMAZING food for cheap!! Highly recommend the cold noodles and having them sub out for potato noodles (theyre transparent and chewy). The hot and sour dumplings are also amazing. The cold cucumber salad is good but tbh its not as good as the one from Xians famous foods.

Seems to be a popular place that the locals know about. Noodle soup was good and the hot and sour dumplings were yummy. Tho I didnt try the signature Crossing the Bridge Noodles. I will be back to try that!

Addictive. Hot and sour dumplings are a must. For noodles go for the bridge noodles with fish fillet or the cold noodles. Notable side dishes are the cucumber salad and the wood ear fungus. Go now

I had the classic Guoqiao Rice Noodle, which is authentic and delicious. However I do not the pork, which tastes a little astringent. It is inexpensive, even cheaper than a Chipotle Burrito.
