Marion is a wonderful bartender, and the owner Philip is a gracious and fun host. The wine selection is an ever-changing list of old world wines (which isnt the best for a new world wine lover like me, but they let me sample as many wines as it takes until I find one I like). The food is excellent, and I love the free almonds to munch while sipping. The atmosphere is quaint and laid-back, i.e. not the place to go when youre in a hurry! I wish they had couches to make the experience even more relaxing. Happy hour is a fab deal but only lasts until 6:30. On the first Monday of each month, all wines are 1/2 price all night - oh yeah! Once a month there is a free wine class (with varied themes) that I really want to try.

this place is cute quaint and welcoming! the bartender and owner are so sweet and their sarcastic sense of humor is fabulous. be prepared to have a tasting instead of a menu. they ask your preference and change the wine menu often so there are always amazing options and you never are bored. its perfectly located right off the Harlem line so its a great spot to have a few and catch the train home! my boyfriend and I frequent this often. enjoy!!!
