I am from Missouri. I just spent the last three weeks in Bedford Hills with my 85 year old mother who was recovering from a bad fall. She is a long term member of the club and arranged for me to have a temporary membership while I was in the area. All I can say is I wish we had club like Club Fit in Mid-Missouri. The staff and patrons were very friendly. The exercise equipment and the facilities were top notch. and the group exercise instructors were really good. I especially liked the spinning classes. They have brand new state of the art Spinner Blade Ion bikes and I was able to significantly increase my fitness level over the 3 weeks I took classes. Thank you to the staff of Club Fit for a great experience.

Club Fit is basically my second home. I love everything about it! The classes and instructors are great. The instructors always take the time to tend to the need of the individual. The club is clean, the staff is friendly and terrific facilities. Some of my favorite classes are Spin and Boot Camp. I also love that it is family friendly and when I bring my niece and nephew, they have a great time and are always taken care of in the Nursery and Energy Center.

I went to Club Fit mainly for swimming and basketball. This club is good at first. Then the management close mens pool locker room because of womens locker room renovation(I cannot understand this logic). For Monday to Friday night, the gym always occupied by events until 10pm or close, I dont have any chance to play basketball. If you just need workout, Club fit is too expensive, 5X price than NYSC, I dont think it worth to won membership of this club.

The pool temp is too warm for my liking. Its neither cool enough nor warm enough to feel clean. On three occasions, I observed used band aids floating on the water, which made me sick. Since the pool was my main reason for wanting to join a fitness facility, these things detracted greatly from my overall view of the club.

I love Club Fit and go there almost every day! The staff is excellent, the tennis pros are superb and the members are friendly. I love the fitness equipment, classes and most of all the tennis programs. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, "Club Fit is fabulous!"

The equipment, the staff, the food, gyms, and athletic courts are all above par along with the occasional professional athlete appearance and events make this place fiver star, but its a little pricy.

Great environment, top-notch machines and equipment; free classes are wonderful. Spa, facilities good. Huge plus is the Energy Center where you can drop off your kids while you work out.
