Never left a bad review but today i will im honestly a picky eater but very simple all i ordered was a plain bacon burger no cheese with fries no salad i double checked the order with her she said the exact same thing when it got here the burger was plain like i like it but they threw in a bunch of drenched salad and coleslaw all over the fries now i dont like salad at all nor coleslaw so my fries im not touching them and the burger on the bottom bun was soaked in the salad dressing and im honestly pissed the F off i will not call back for a re order i will simply not order again and not recommend either anymore i oredered the simplest thing they can do and messed it up thanks alot

NORTH STAR is a decent and clean place to dine or order food. Currently, I find that the restaurants customer service over the phone is not always fair or accommodating. I was given the wrong salad (delivery) and a young lady said I would receive a $4 credit for my next delivery (There were only greens and none of the fruit I ordered). When I called to order the very next day, I was told it was a $1 credit and that I could not have the information to speak to manager, that I would have to call back. Again, great food, poor new customer service.

I ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches and i was unpleased with them they told me they were closing and still insisted on making my food and it was terrible it didnt have anything I liked on it and I paid 16.30 for them... just bad service smh never will i eat or go there again... a dirty corner store would have mad my sandwich better

This is the best cafe in the Bronx! Great service and the food is wonderful. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Professional on the phone. Credit cards are accepted with no minimum purchase required. I honestly cant tell you which dishes are my favorite. I wish they could expand but you never want to mess with perfection!

I am truly disappointed in this place every single time we order they take more than one hour to get to my destination cold food and wrong order .. and never admit to their wrong if you going to hired employees that cant provide to the customers train your employees. very pissed off

I used to love them when they first opened and lately every time i make phone orders when i go to pick it up they never even started the order. The food is now too salty and too many errors with my orders. Im glad that they have grown but I will no longer be a customer here!

I love this place! The people that work there are as awesome as the food! This restaurant is clean and organized. The staff are happy to be there and always pleasant everytime. I go there every other week to get my fresh spinach salad just the way I like it.

Love this place. Been eating here since they opened. Breakfast lunch or dinner youll be satisfied with your order. Service eat in or delivery is fast and courteous. My favorite is their Quesadillas. Im addicted to the coffee grounded fresh daily.

One of the best places to eat in the Bronx. Speedy service and their food is delicious and always spot on. Try their Gyro Deluxe platter, you wont be disappointed. The coffee is great here too.
