I highly wish I could give zero stars. We didnt even get to taste the food. We were about to spend at least $100 there, but our waitress was incredibly incredibly rude, we left before putting our order in. I have never in my life experienced service like that. She was just mean the minute we sat down. Maybe she was having a bad day? Maybe she just didnt like her job? I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was down right outrageous. Never ever again. I do not recommend giving this place your business! 3-27-17 2:20pm.

My husband & I go the the Deptford location as often as possible. The servers are all so nice and they always remember us and what we like to order. Our favorite server always remembers to bring me a knife because the sushi pieces are always too big for me, so I have to cut them. We have NEVER had a bad meal here! Everything we have ever ordered has been perfect and delicious! The sushi is the best, always fresh and so good! We highly recommend the Royal Mandarin, you wont be disappointed!

Extremely rude to my wife, hung up on her on the phone after she asked if they delivered. After calling back and putting an order in and picking it up she asked for more crunchy noodles and they acted like it was an extreme inconvenience. Grabbed them and smashed them into the bag. They forgot the rice with the one dish and gave seafood rolls instead of springrolls. Food was mediocre wont be going again...

Awful!!!! Hostess rude from the door. No greeting not approachable at all. Order to go. Very expensive dinner for two: fried rice and sushi $65. Luckily he told us with an attitude that we had to wait after order was finish to pay which we thought was weird. When the order came out and he told us the price we said "no thank you" and walked out. Too rich for my blood.

The bento box is a good price for lunch. But they fill you with a mound of rice for one of the portions. The sushi is good, and the satay, but theres a bit too much rice that could be a cali roll instead. The wait is a little long in being served, enough to notice the orange sauce we had been dipping into had what looked like a fruit fly floating around.

This was the worst Asian/Chinese Resturant I have eaten in 30 years. Cranky wait staff and servers, mediocre food and just an overall bad lunch. Went with a friend and he was shocked at how poor the experience was. Please avoid and take your money elsewhere.

Found the restaurant to be very nice and clean. Sushi was very good, loved the hot Wasabi. Waiter filled my water glass every time it was half empty without me asking. Scallion pancake was also good. Id definitely come back again.

Very rude guy in the front desk...sooooooooooo arrogant as if the restaurant are full with people....they had 1 table occupied!!!! Never coming back even if they are the last restaurant open!!!!!!!!
