i dont know how people are giving this place a good review. It has to be people related to them. I asked them for a simple request. Plus, I have been in the customer service field for over 25 years, and with that owned my own business, two of them at the same time, worked hard, so I did learn a thing or two. I simply asked them to put the chicken and garlic sauce separate in two different containers. I have never in all my life ever had a Chinese place ever tell me no. I know how they make it, they have the chicken and sauce separated. Before it hits the Wok. The person seemed irritated and talked over me, I had no idea she was talking to someone else. This place is a disaster. Im telling ya, stay away. Dont believe me, call them, place an order, and change one thing for them to do differently. Watch their response. Tried their food anyway. Sometimes if the product is great, you can excuse some of the other. But not only did they not bend a little for me the customer, the food was stale. The chicken was hard, and parts were cold. Enjoy everyone.....

Took 1 hour to get here..food was disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had chicken in garlic sauce the sauce was like gooey and cold.. the eggroll tasted like it was a day old or they made it earlier and just shoved it in the bag. pork fried rice was hard .. nastiest Chinese food I ever had...literally and I just moved to the area from jersey. I know ill never order from there again. ooh I also ordered pork steamed dumplings.. the first one I had was a veggie one and the rest was pork... I knew something was fishy when I herd some chick that def. didnt have no accent. Ill stick with the original chinos. they are the best!

Never again. This cheap restaurant sent me food without a fork. I atleast needed a fork to EAT the FOOD. Thats the purpose of food. I was in process of moving to a new a place and thought let me order food and chinese food because it should be easy. NOPE. Took 45 minutes for basic order and when the food got to where I needed, no FORK or napkin. I didnt know that times were that hard that a RESTAURANT cant have enough customer service to send an eating utensil with the food to its customer. NEVER AGAIN. If their that cheap with a fork then I can only imagine if what I ate was really chicken! NOPE!

Great food! My family always orders General Tsos chicken, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, pork fried rice and egg drop soup. Food is always hot and yummy! However, delivery is terrible. It has taken up to 2 hours before for us to get our food. Normally it takes between 45 min-1hr, which I still think is too long.

This place is horrible!!! We waited over an hour for our delivery. Our general tsos tasted like strong fish, and the eggrolls were horrible!! we couldnt even stomach it!! We called to tell them, and they couldnt care less. They refused to replace or refund our food. I will never waste my money there again.

Order from here pretty regularly. Foods always been just what you would expect. Delivery has been pretty standard. Once in awhile an order would be wrong but they had no problems fixing it and doing so quickly. Overall, nothing specular but definitely above average.

Decent food but the delivery is abysmal, normally taking an hour or more, even during non-rush periods of the day. Last time the food came not hot at all, with the rice turning the way it does after sitting for a while. Never ordering from this place again!

Horrible experience tonight. I ordered walnut shrimp for my baby and it turned out disgusting - they didnt send the egg rolls - they insulted my sweetheart and made her cry which is the worst part of this whole fiasco - last time!

decided id order here for convinience of onlinie ordering.. waited 40 mines for my carry out gen tso combo.. i think there were more fried dough chunks than chicken.. i gave it a one because the rice was on par.

Ive ordered from a couple of take outs in the area, and havent had any bad experiences with this one, only bad thing is that they take more than an hour to deliver your food & i live only 5 minutes away..
